Azor, the Lawbringer2WWUU
Legendary Creature — Sphinx (Mythic Rare)
Flying
When Azor, the Lawbringer enters the battlefield, each opponent can't cast instant or sorcery spells during that player's next turn.
Whenever Azor attacks, you may pay XWUU. If you do, you gain X life and draw X cards.
6/6
A 6/6 Flying Stick. Still, Rev was great because it was instant speed. This won't be format warping like it was last time. But he might be a good control finisher anyway.
So Sphinx's Decree on ETB and Sphinx's Revelation everytime he attacks. I am not going to say he is weak but I expected something else from a god tier planeswalker.
I think he gave up his spark to make the Immortal Sun?
That's correct.
Commander brewers, start your engines! If Azor sticks around (and it should if you're playing blue/white anyway), this is some good, reliable repeatable card draw, and blink effects make the ETB ability rather hilarious.

Lapsed DCI Rules Advisor - Retired from playing but still hanging around
Sure, there is a chance of spending $4 on a booster and getting the Mythic Rare $30 super card. There is also a chance of surviving putting your tongue in a light socket.

Technically, he's not a planeswalker anymore, and planeswalkers aren't gods anymore because of the Mending.
This is Azor the First, who wrote the original Guildpact. He was once a planeswalker but, for reasons currently unknown, he put his spark into The Immortal Sun. Hence why he's a creature.
I dig the dino but I wish there were more controllable ways to trigger enrage.
Arkham, the 1920's. Investigators battle horrors from beyond time and space, risking life and sanity while conspiracies of cultists and malign servitors seek gateways for their outer gods to return...
Soon, the stars will be right! Great Cthulhu shall rise!
I'm thinking there's no more Dinos besides that one and the title is just a play on Polyraptor's ability.
This wasn't the playable dinosaur I was looking for in standard. It is an absolute bomb in limited though. With that red forerunner and this afterward, you'd make 6 Polyraptor which is Christmasland but whatever.

"The essence of every world, every spell and every thought is power. Nothing else matters, because nothing else exists."
Worth reanimating in standard. Maybe with liliana, death's majesty and/or that new enchant creature that's GB.
Seems pretty gross with that new red Dino herald...8 mana is a lot but if you can get it out with like champion of rhonas early you can get like...all the raptors.

I really like his character of travelling the multiverse acting obsessive compulsive setting rules and stuff.
I like how he does his revelations on attack
This will be very good in EDH. And it will likely be very good in limited. Useless just about everywhere else.

It's an ex-planeswalker who used up his spark to make the Immortal Sun.

fumigate or die bruh.
Well, he's not dying to the opponent's instants and sorceries during their next turn at least.
