Not the worst but it's a typical red 'cycle' card, probably bulk, probably usable in EDH.
6 mana. 6/6. That’s already well costed. Anything less expensive than that is broken without a drawback.
Now, tack on that you can cast up to two spells when it attacks (in standard) if they’re on top of the libraries. That cost me no additional mana. How efficient can we really ask for creatures to be?
Yeah in hindsight the only downside is needing to givie it haste
rules question: can you resolve the ability, chose not to cast some of the exiled cards, resolve it again next turn, and cast the cards that were exiled "this way" on the previous turn's trigger?
Nope, you can only cast the cards you exiled that turn, not any that were exiled and not cast on any previous turns.
I think we found one of our new standard overlords.

If MTG is a part of your life, the formats are like relationships:
Standard/Block = The on-again, off-again holiday fling
Modern/Vintage/Legacy = Stable, homely. A ***** after absence/misreading
Limited/Sealed = Heart breaking free spirit
Commander/Cube = Agreeable, needy and expensive
Pauper/Peasant = Sweet, kind, practical, but shy and boring
Yepper. That means Etali can just start siegeing board way ahead of schedule and Etali basically demands to be dealt with immediately. As even if he whiffs with your opponents deck and just exiles a land, he still stole a potentially vital land drop for the opponent.
Its random anyway, potentially strong , if it hits 2 playable cards you probably just win from that point on.
But this really wants some form of extra ability, haste, menace, anything ...
The effect is somewhat similar to Gishath, Sun's Avatar to some degree, so if you just want to cast your own dinos with the effect, thats a way better card (and actually has 3 keyword abilities, which results in an overall much more reasonable card at that high manacost).
----
Regardless, fairly boring card, will still win a lot of games in Limited, as hitting just 1 time and getting spells from it is a brutal advantage (and pretty much totally random, which is as annoying as it gets for a card that either wins the game or you die to a counter-attack if you hit no creature to block with).
I don't like that I have to wait for a round around the table for this to be more than a 6 cmc 6/6. The attack trigger is brutal though, and gives red another "draw" option. The trigger is so strong it might be worth testing but it might still be too clunky.
