Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

I'm going to assume it's not, because the transforming ones wouldn't work. It's possible he has every other ability, though there might still be a few others they decided not to include.

He's all the walkers his abilities is every single planeswalker ability ever printed in black border.
He also has some additional options like the 4/4 gold Dragon, but basically it seems ~90% of results seem to be what was immediately suggested to proxy this, so this is going to be fine.
Just get a copy of every planeswalker in existence and draw one at random for these abilities - a cheap and simple solution!
EDIT: It might be worth checking this regularly. I'll check the latest on the nxt holidays whether they switched in some Season's Beatings for one of the ultimate abilities.

I bet that 4/4 gold Dragon is a reference to Sarkhan Unbroken and how Temur Sarkhan is gold in MTG slang (because he's multicoloured).

Or it is just another ability like that on Sword of Dungeons & Dragons to create a unique token in Un- games
I'm a bit annoyed by him though: none of his abilities are funny or weird, they're all powerful or *extremely* powerful. The guy just destroyed his opponent with urza, it's just not fun in a set cengered on the funnies.

Its a 5 color planeswalker and the effects are still highly random.
So if you win with it, great, but thats hardly unfair ...

It certainly is. But the fact that they have altered it at least in the tiniest way is a first sign of where it could be going. Most of the other abilities are carbon-copied except for the "CARDNAME" they put in for self-referential wordings like damage.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
