You have ten seconds to look at and
rearrange the cards in your library.
At the end of those ten seconds, if
you're touching one or more of thosee
cards, shuffle your library. It's not a carpet moth, it's a feature.
This card's art and flavor is a 10/10 for every IT guy out there.
As for the effect, I love it, Un-design at its finest, but 10 seconds is a pretty short time... I'd say I could stack an average of 2 or 3 cards with this, making it a cool but underwhelming Vampiric Tutor.
Of course, I suck at everything that requires manual dexterity, so who knows?
If you know what's on the bottom of your deck (by scrying, for instance), you can return them to the top. Fast and easy.
In that case, why scry those cards on the bottom in the first place?
Mull to 6. Put a card to spell to bottom cuz you want land. Later, could use said spell.
Another good example would be one of those pseudo tutor/impulse cards, like Anticipate or Oath of Nissa. You may have seen a card that you definitely want now, but either weren't able to grab at the time or didn't need before.
Honestly, the most fun part of this is trying to rifle through the deck in 10 seconds and having to make super fast decisions, and then memorize them.

So in actual practice it's clear that moving the library isn't worth it; it can be done, but just putting the whole pile back on top of the library is faster. Definitely won't be a first pick in draft, for me.
Drop anything else you don't want down onto the same pile (2 sec);
Order remaining cards(3 sec);
Put them on top of your library while picking it up (1 sec);
Put library down onto the aforementioned pile (1 sec).
I would like to see you do that
Even though I got lucky and do it in the video (testing with the Huatli precon), in practice it's not worth moving the library; just put everything back on top. If you haven't won by the time you hit the land, you were probably going to lose anyway.

And someone, somewhere, is waking up to this card then firing up Android Studio or Xcode to create a timer with a stretched clock.
Another is pre-plan in your head what cards you need and just grab those to set on top.

OTOH, I don't expect Unstable to be a blistering fast format.
