OK so my quick take: as a nod to the old "Phyrexia vs the Coalition" arc, they show us the 4 "coalition" colors: White for Benalia, Green for Llanowar/Yavimaya, Blue for Tolaria West and Red for, hum, Shiv? Then they will spoil later on the big villain with the Black art.
I don't like this art at all. It looks like cheap CGI. I miss art like Rebecca Guay, Christopher Moeller, Quinton Hoover, etc. Like actually painting. All these artworks look like cheap DeviantArt fanboy renders made on MS Paint. Horrible. There's no sense of fantasy at all.

As an artist, even though i shoudn't, i feel ofended by your commentary, Rebecca Guay is amazing sure, but for a game that has a semi realistic art direction, all of these artworks are better suited (that is actually the reason why Rebecca Guay only get special promo cards now days, her style just doesn't fitt.

Something gives me the feeling this post is laced with sarcasm. Can't put my finger on what, though.
First one is probably a Knight for Serra who has likely become a "goddess" figure on the plane what with the angels being all "Serra is the bestest"
The second one could be Skyshroud elves after Rahda whipped them into Being Half Elves and Half Keldon in nature.
Third one is Tolaria west.
I'm pretty sure the first one is one of Benalia's knights, i wont even try to guess were the elfs are from, since Dominaria has like 30 thousand different elf species.

IIRC the Serra Angels for the most part settled down in Benalia, as for the elves they look a bit more sadistic than other elves which would be a thing if Keldon culture started to mix into the Skyshroud folks.
So, any guesses as to Jaya's PW card? I mean I guess it could simply be Jaya Ballard, but the subtitle "Old Flame" kinda tickles me. Jaya Ballard, Torch Passer? Jaya, Scorcher of Smartass Forumgoers-Who-are-Trying-To-Make-A-Joke-Out-Of-Her-Age?
I'm hoping her abilities are a callback to classic burn spells. Perhaps her + is Carbonize or Incinerate, swapping anti-regeneration out for anti-Indestructible. Her second could be the ever-classic Pyroclasm. Flame Wave as an ultimate would be ace.
But more likely, she gets at least one utility effect such as mana ramp, rummaging, or impulse.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
You are really just getting closer and closer to describing Chandra Nalaar. The ultimate is literally a scaled up Flame Wave and Jaya wouldn't scale that down again, right?
A good question would be: What can be done with Jaya Ballard to make her distinct from Chandra Nalaar? The two of them are occupying a really similar niche. How are people feeling about the prospect to get a typical Chandra design, but now that planeswalker types no longer matter they put Jaya on the type line?
My guess a few years ago would have been to make Jaya the first four-ability planeswalker but that one has passed. Maybe there is a cool mechanical theme to Dominaria she can play into.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
[thread=239793][Game] Level Up - Creature[/thread]
My random guess is, Chandra and Jaya will be merged somehow (as Chandra++), or perhaps Jaya will die, with her soul/essence/power going to Chandra (resulting in Chandra++).

Jaya's original card (pre-planeswalkers) had Incinerate, Pyroblast, and Inferno as her activated abilities. If anything Chandra was copying HER, not the other way around.
I wouldn't be surprised to see:
+1 Deal 1 damage to target creature or player, scry 1. from Flare
-1 Deal 3 damage to target creature or player, if that creature would die this turn, exile it. from Carbonize
-6 Deal 7 damage divided however you choose to any number of target creatures or players. from Meteor Shower
Regarding the third art:
Even without the artist line at the bottom it's pretty clear that's a Magali Villeneuve art. Remember who the artist was for the other 2 Narset card representations?
EDIT: Don't take this seriously. It's just a random thought and not evidence enough
The general consensus seems to be that it's either Linessa or Narset.

Considering blue magic is swirling about her hand like a whirlwind, gonna go with the Zephyr Mage, or someone related to her. If she only had Alexi's staff, that would be a surefire giveaway.

That's truer than you think. Chandra had actually worried that she couldn't match up to Jaya IIRC.
I think Jaya returning is a good opportunity for Chandra to get some wholesome character development in, and maybe even branching out and innovating her pyromancy, especially if she intends to have another go at Bolas eventually.
Looking at Jaya's art, I don't think we should worry that she's going to be too similar to Chandra. Chandra is a young upstart, not dissimilar to how Jaya was when she was younger. But Jaya has clearly changed. Her expression shows restraint and wisdom.

To be fair, Nahiri spent a millennium trapped in the pitch-darkness of the Helvault with a bunch of unsavory characters. It's not entirely surprising that she's a little unhinged.

Nahiri lived for quite a long time before she got trapped in the Helvault, and much of her time was spent wasting away near the Eye of Ugin to keep watch on the Eldrazi. When she regained her appreciation of life after the Eldrazi got loose, she tried to get Sorin to regain some of that himself, but it escalated quickly when Sorin revealed that he built a planar defense system that allowed him to basically ignore what was happening on Zendikar and because Sorin isn't the most tactful individual.
What I'm saying is that even before the Helvault detention, Nahiri had issues. In fact, it's probably worth mentioning that longevity has a tendency to drive people insane in the MTG multiverse if one doesn't have a strong mind or some way of getting around it (like Jodah with his memory mirror, or Bolas spending his time with making plots that span centuries or learning useless [to him] stuff).

Yeah, Nahiri's pretty much equal parts Oldwalker-crazy, prison-warden-to-eldritch-abominations-crazy, and trapped-with-demons-for-a-thousand-years-crazy. It's, well it's probably not a good place for ANYONE's mental health.

The elves look pretty menacing too. Do we have proof or lore stating that the eyes of the elves of Dominaria glow?
