Not so sure about that, both players would have to declare attackers at once to prevent one reacting to the other, which would be kinda messy in 1v1, not to mention multiplayer. It would require writing down the attackers in secret and then revealing them or something like that. Of course, it is possible to bypass this by forcing the creature to attack every time.
Active player chooses first. Then second player. The same for blockers.
Indeed. That's actually an already existing black-bordered rule. Whenever multiple players have to make choices simultaneously they do so in that order.
It's still less than likely.
As a player since Fallen Empires, let me say that this idea is about as old as Purple and while Wastes and colourless did eventually become a thing I don't think there's much room for attacking on an opponent's turn to become part of Black Border land... then again Rocket Powered Turbo Slug did become Pact of the Titan and (kind of) the Dash mechanic... so I guess anything's possible...
How does Party Crasher work? Will my opponent attack first, then I declare blockers and after that I can attack with Party Crasher and my opponent will declare blockers?

I think the clear intent is that you can declare Party Crasher as an attacker during other players' Declare Attacker steps. As such, it's not sequential but parallel.
OMG, they actually made the "attack during other player's turns" mechanic I've bandied about as a potential UB evergreen keyword. Though admittedly it probably fits red better.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
