Because I'm pretty sure I can do a better job than whomever is writing these terrible things. It is almost as if they're generating random words from a software and having a human put them together.

Would you like to read Commander stories? Check my latest stories, coming from Lorwyn and Innistrad: Ghoulcaller Gisa and Doran, The Siege Tower! If you like my writing, ask me to write something for your commander as well!
There's typically a cycle of vanilla creatures at common and they always seem to use them to sculpt limited. These are very STRONG signals. These vanillas wouldn't exist in most sets.
Yeah, the flavor text on the Brontodon is just dumb, taller than all trees except the tallest? Older than all trees except the oldest? Like, no *****, so am I. Oldest and tallest are pretty arbitrary.
The cards are fine for what they are, limited filler. No reason to cry about them otherwise.
I feel like they could have made then 9/9 cost 7, but maybe the Dinosaur type is a little too relevant for that.
Compare to Greater Sandwurm, a 7/7 for 7 with upside uncommon with cycling. I don't see it being outside the rarity convention for a 9/9 vanilla to cost 8 since it will be very difficult to remove it without a direct removal spell. Any upside to this card would have pushed it to uncommon, which also includes lower CMC.

and this guy has a heck of an upside in being a Dino; the archetype with at least 2 cost reducers at reasonable rarities, a viable mana dork and Ranging Raptors whatever you want to call that. Sandwurm was specifically nerfed in it's creature type.
looming altisaut I see you guys are failing to notice this is secretly a reprint of kami of old stone but as for this doran and the dinosaur version of him.
Spike-Tailed Ceratops grand that's going to make the deck for a guard wish it was slightly bigger though.

Spike-Tailed Ceratops can block an additional creature each combat.
Feel free to tell me yours!
Edit: must be #23 though
Flavour text is embarrassingly bad

My thoughts exactly. A 1/7 is a beast of a limited wall.

Rather than paying the manacost Champion of Rhonas can shortcut it into play like any other high costing creature.

That would make too much sense.
I'm not mad about it, but I think they don't put Reach on a lot of creatures that should have it from a flavour point of view.

"From my point of view humans are made stronger when they test themselves against the wild strength of the dinosaurs!"
I noticed the same thing. Could it be in a starter deck or something similar, and not included in packs?
