Not sure exactly how to post these, but just saw them drop and figured the Rumor mill would wanna know since I didn't see any threads yet. Mods, please merge and stuff.

Ruthless Knave looks good. Raiders Wake may be interesting in the right shell. Not sure if Lightning-Rig Crew is good enough when it can't hit creatures.
All these cards feel a bit overcosted for what they do, the ruthless knave being the most interesting one if there is a revel in riches type of deck. Still, tapping 2B and sacrificing a creature is a pretty steep cost. That said, it can be done at instant speed for profit, so it might be good.
The goblin doesn't feel uncommon to me. Would have put it at common easily. The enchantment is a megrim or liliana's caress with a bonus, but at 3B it is costing too much for a discard effect. I think the only one that might see play in constructed is the orc, the other I see more as limited cards.

raiders' wake could have some potential in an improvise style deck with herald of anguish. I'm not saying its good, but swinging for 5 each turn into them discarding 2 cards and losing 4 life could end games quickly
Discard is stronger than life loss, that's no megrim, that's a honden of night's reach. Kinda. Conditional, but easy condition- easier than larceny, and starts a turn earlier retroactively. Once your opponent is in topdeck mode it won't do anything sure, but generating +1 CA per turn for just 4 mana cost and hitting the noggin makes for a competent enchantment.
The Knave looks hilarious with Doubling Season or similar. Suddenly costs less to activate his ability than he generates. I mean even without it storing 2 mana for 3 and a disposable creature is quite nice, but it just gets silly when you use it that way. Training grounds also works, but doesn't help provide the creatures.
The goblin monkeys: nettle drone for pirates Basicly
I think it has more in common with Lobber Crew. That card was really dang strong in RTR limited. Unfortunately, the Rig-Crew isn't common, so the advantage of seeing these guys in multiples is mostly lost
Crap, the pirates got the card I didn't want to see: a 0/5 wall that can untap at instant speed and ping you.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
Had the orc's activated ability costed 1 less it would've been cool.
Had the goblin's casting cost been 1 less it would've been cool.
Had the enchantment's casting cost been 1 less it would've been cool.
So much wasted potential. I'm sure they're fine for standard and limited but there's no room for Raider's Wake in my casual discard deck when I've already got Liliana's Caress. Hey Wizards!! Make cards great again and I'll go back to pi$$ing away my income on your shiny pieces of cardboard!
Love the Knave, always happy to have a sac outlet that gives me mana tokens.
I like Lightning-Rig Crew for Mizzix edh, or maybe just any durdly-ish Izzet concoction.
And Raiders' Wake will be worth playing around with in Nath of the Gilt-Leaf, it's a shame you can only hit 1 opponent of it's raid trigger though.

So Anointed Procession + Ruthless Knave is an infinite mana engine as long as you provide fodder. Is there anything in standard that could be abused for this? A creature that recurs, or the like? I can't think of anything, but the potential to be a mana engine and a draw engine is mildly intriguing.

"infinite as long as you provide fodder" is not infinite. It is a good synergy but nothing about the two cards goes infinite together unless you have a repeatable way to make a creature for 1 mana, and that only gives you infinite death and ETB triggers, not infinite mana or cards.

Depending on the trigger putting the creature in play, it could cost 0 mana. In such a situation you would generate an extra treasure per loop leading to infinite mana and cards via Knave's second ability. I was trying to think of a creature that recurred from, say, an artifact entering the battlefield. Or an enchantment that creates a creature when an artifact leaves. Regardless, I would like to take a moment to thank you for neither answering my question nor telling me something about the interaction I didn't know. I greatly appreciate your contribution.

No, there is nothing which we could abuse at this time. Panharmonicon can double some of the treasure tokens a few pirates generate upon entering the battlefield and the procession can double those but there isn't a way to abuse the interaction. You would need Solemnity and any creature with undying or persist to generate an arbitrarily large number of treasure tokens.
The Demon of Dark Schemes can generate E when the creature is sacrificed and then you can sacrifice the tokens and spend another EEE to bring it back, but this still won't lead to abuse.
hrm...wait...hypothetically speaking, the demon + Aether Theorist + Anointed Procession + Ruthless Knave could result in spend 2B, sac the Theorist, get four treasure tokens and one energy, spend the energy you got from the Theorist's etb and its subsequent death plus sac three tokens to bring it back, netting you three energy and you would end up at your starting position netting only one treasure token. No, you would need two Processions--conclusion: not possible (or at least so unlikely that we can dismiss it as effectively impossible).
Alternatively, if you had enough artifacts so that Metalwork Colossus costs you 0 to cast then Procession + Ruthless Knave = spend 2B to sac the colossus, get four treasure tokens, sacrifice two treasures to bring the Colossus back to your hand, then summon it again for free = net gain of two Treasure tokens. No, once again you would need two Processions--again, this is not likely to occur. If, in the unlikely event that it did occur, then sacrificing the Colossus would generate eight treasure tokens--sac two to bring it back to hand, cast it for free, sac three to offer it to the Knave for a net gain of three tokens per iteration.
In summary, it is possible but it will probably never happen so I wouldn't worry about it.

The goblin monkeys: nettle drone for pirates Basicly
Raiders wake: great another evil toy for Nekusar, the Mindrazer
It's life loss, not damage. Not even Furnace of Rath and co. would allow Wake to trigger Pain Magnification.

Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun WU Unblockable Mirror Trickery

Lightning-Rig Crew should generally ping your opponent(s) for 2 each turn and dodges most damage-based removal.
Rigging Runner seems decent on/after turn 3 when it etb as a 2/2.
All are solid options for pirate tribal deck.
