In the event I build Dinosaurs EDH I need to run Rocket Launcher both to trigger enrage and also because Dino Crisis 2 is the best game ever made.
I really need to get a new one of those, Rocket Launcher that is. I am still kicking myself for trading it away during Tempest, but it's cheap, so it shouldn't be hard to get.
Here's the correct cards of what your are aiming for.
Warmonger would backfire hard. Also, you have no control over Arena. The rest I have, and considered using, however in a Tribal Dino deck, they probably wouldn't fit in so well, ok, except Pyrohemia and Chandra, Flamecaller. Personally I'd prefer to use Shivan Hellkite over Ashen Firebeast, but using both is even better.
Now that damage dealing has been solved, that leaves us with the second issue, it's low toughness. I am pretty sure we'll get a Dinosaur lord that boosts power/toughness, but in case we don't, green and white will step in with the solution. Spidersilk Armor, Always Watching, Castle, Glorious Anthem, Gaea's Anthem, and Builder's Blessing are all global enchantments that will boost the toughness of your creatures.
Well for one protection the new kindred boon can protect the dinosaurs

Raptor Hatchling can be too, with some help (i.e., some way to raise its toughness, and the other two dino colors just happen to have the lion's share of anthem effects *cough*Cathars' Crusade*cough*Marshal's Anthem*cough*Mirari's Wake*cough*). Or just goinfinite. I think Ranging, though, is going to be insane. I mean, think about it, Pyrohemia now gets you an Explosive Vegetation for RR every turn.
Naya dinos might actually be how EDH midranges.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
enrage is looking pretty good. I like the three spoiled, the non-life gain ones can be used very well, gives motivation for pinging your own creatures and/or attacking. Enrage + raid has nifty synergy.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

If you have Raptor Hatchling (and with Pyrohemia in particular), I'd like to think Eldrazi Monument is much, much better. Sacrificing a 3/3 dinosaur is nothing if they cost R each and you get extra benefits from all the other enraged dinosaurs as well (not to mention the rest of the 3/3s are indestructible fliers for attacking/blocking as well).
Of course, the Monument doesn't work as well with the other mass-pingers that affect nonfliers only (which is why I specified Pyrohemia as an example) and without the Hatchling it becomes sub-par, but if you put in means to dispose of the Monument it can still be somewhat useful as an emergency advantage generator if you have several enrage dinosaurs needing triggers without dying.
I feel Saving Grace might be good with the low curve enrage dinos, specially when the boost is enough to sponge an attack and a burn spell on the same turn.

Primary problem with that card is that it isn't a dinosaur. But it is a good suggestion nevertheless.
no, it's not.
Vigor prevents the damage, so it turns off all the enrage triggers.
It's a powerful card nonetheless, but not one you'll want to play with your army of enrage creatures.

You are absolutely correct, that's what I get for skimming the text of the card. >.<

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
Rite of Passage, guys. And it's practically an enrage card itself.
You still need one way to boost toughness or grant indestructible or regenerate for that first ping.

For Raptor Hatchling, sure, but not for the other enrage guys. And you're obviously going to be running other things that'll save the Hatching. And having Rite of Passage out means you only have to save the Hatchling once before you can start unreservedly pinging it.
Well for one protection the new kindred boon can protect the dinosaurs
door of destinies can pump them for enrage triggers.
mirror of the forebears + Bellowing Aegisaur then you can damage all day long
See, more good ideas. There is so much that can be done.

Well, good old Fungusaur will have it's type updated and definitely join the dino party.
An we can Use Pyrohemia instead of Pestilence to keep it in the dino colors!
