Boring but as others have pointed it out it is very efficient. Reminds me a bit of Sphinx's Revelation. (In that it is a very boring but efficient mythic).

I disagree about Sphinx's Revelation being boring, since it's an instant, which allowed you to time it and prepare your mana specifically to drop it on your opponent for a sizable X value and watch them despair.
This being a sorcery removes that element, and it doesn't gain you life to put a dent in aggro.

On the other hand, being a fixed cost rather than X-cost makes it opportune when playing a deck that cheat-casts sorceries. Stuff like Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge, Living Lore, and Aetherworks Marvel would rather a 7-cost spell than an X-cost spell that would get freecast with X=0.

And that's fine. At the time when Sphinx's Rev was spoiled though you couldn't get rid of the boring mythic posts which is what I was more commenting on. I am more saying don't underestimate this card even if it is boring on paper if that makes sense lol.
so no more invocations and mythics like this, why should i buy booster of this edition again ???
i mean, i can understand that 7 cards for 7 mana is not to bad, but did it have to be mythic ? and if its mythic, why not at least instant ?
Instant speed 7 cards for 7 mana that can be flashbacked for free with Gearhulk. Yeah, what could go wrong???
*Vomits in the face of gross value*
No way this could have been an instant unless it costed another 3 (or even more) or drew 3 less.
Its a little boring and is at mythic for limited reasons. Probably an easy P1P1 and goes into plenty of EDH decks. I think its playability in standard will depend almost entirely on how easy treasure tokens are to get.

EDH BRGKresh the BloodbraidedBRG, A box of lands and ideas.
Modern: RG Titanshift. A deck made of cards too stupid for EDH.
Retired: Lots. More than I feel you should suffer through or I should type out.
If you have cards like torrential gearhulk restricting your available design space, then you should simply not print stuff like this until it rotates, then make it a proper instant.
This definitely feels like a card that was initially an instant, but made a sorcery due to the interaction with Torrential Gearhulk.
This is a very bad mythic imo. In limited, as a sorcery, you'd rather spend 7 mana to make something directly impactful to the board, eg a huge 7 drop creature that does stuff to your opponent's stuff or board or whatever. Not only is this a 7 drop, but a UUU 7 drop, so could be a bit problematic to play in limited.
This may see play in Standard just due to all the ramp we're seeing, but it's still a sorcery that does nothing on the turn you play it. Incredibly uninspiring and boring mythic. And when it comes to a card like Sphinx's Revelation, it's an instant, gains you life, and if it's super late in the game where you have like 12 mana, you can play it on your opponent's end step for massive value and swing to win you the game. To compare this to Sphin'x Revelation is a very poor comparison imo.
MaRo talks about how someone in R&D will notice they've never printed a specific effect like "Target player draws seven cards." on a card before so they feel compelled to figure it out and print it.
This honestly feels like one of those. That or maybe a bone for Commander players. You're almost guaranteed to never cast this in any Limited setting, although Treasure tokens might help you thread the needle.
LOVE the flavor text on this one. Great storyline moment here.
I mean there isn't much to say about this. It's too expensive to see regular play and not so powerful as to be worth trying to cheat into play which describes quite a few cards in the set. What I don't understand is why it's mythic. It's not a new or unique effect. It's 7 mana for 7 cards which is a good rate, but it's not Enter the infinite to draw you library or Sphinx's Revelation which scales and draws life. Jace's Ingenuity is even a superior card.

Seems very uninspiring.
With that flavor text this seems like it should be a story spotlight, though.

But that's a nice cost for a draw 7
Auto include to decks with the locust god Ofcoarse.
Perhaps... Wasn't El Dorado one of the Seven Cities of Cibola (sp)? That's Elementary/Primary School history percolating up, so I dunno...
Also, Treasure is going to power out stuff a bit more quickly than otherwise, I think. (Or at least that was the design...)
Stay reasonable, be mindful of your expectations and don't feed the trolls.
Doomsdayin'
Plant for the Urzatron reprint in Dominaria? One can dream.
It would be so interesting if we got a Fist of Suns that was for 7 instead of WUBRG. Otherwise, not sure how the Urzatron would help pay for this....

I personally prefer 50-75 cards for 8UUUU.
