Fleet Swallower can't be real, can it? When it attacks target player puts the top half of their library (rounded up) into their graveyard? So with a mana dork you cast it on turn 4, then on turn 5 you attack with it and cast Fraying Sanity on that target opponent (presuming you hadn't already cursed them with it) during your second main phase to mill the rest of their library = good game.
4/6 body for 3UU is almost insane for blue, and repeatable 3UUTraumatize spell attached to it... I am not saying it's broken of can affect Standard or eternal formats, but it's definetely combo-worthy powerhouse. For EDH mill (yes, this exists).
That land is bonkers! Super excited to see that they made Cavern of Souls an uncommon (basically).
Ok. I've seen many references to this. Am I missing something here? One card makes your creatures uncountable and the other produces multi-colored mana... How are these things the same? Like even remotely? Two completely different cards right?
Cavern taps for any color mana of the chosen tribe also.

I think you might need to reread one or both of them. Unclaimed Territory and Cavern of Souls are the exact same card, excepting the uncounterability clause on Cavern's second mana ability. They're "completely different cards" in the same way that Disperse and Echoing Truth are completely different.
I like the design of fleet swallower. It's Traumatize effect works really well on a 4/6 except this time it can kill a player outright through chump blockers because it mills half rounding up, instead of rounding down.
The part that I feel may be overpowered is that its ability allows its controller to target themselves, this might have huge reanimator potential for standard and works well with aftermath, embalm, eternalize as well as a number of other cards like Apocalypse Demon and Scrapheap Scrounger.

Except that Echoing Truth can hit your own stuff if you target the same permanent under an opponent's control. That's non-trivial enough to make it a bad comparison to the relationship between Cavern and Territory. Not to mention, disperse is nowhere near playable.
A better comparison would be comparing original duals to shocklands. A strictly worse, perfectly playable alternative at a fraction of the price.

Not even that much worse, really, unless someone is playing legacy. In Modern I can't think of anyone currently running enough counterspells to make Cavern of Souls worth considering over an uncommon 2-3 dollar standard land that fixes mana the same way. The ability to tap for one colorless mana makes Unclaimed Territory infinitely better than Ancient Ziggurat.
