Kindred Charge - 4RR (Rare)
Sorcery
Choose a creature type. For each creature you control of the chosen type, create a token that's a copy of that creature. Those tokens gain haste. Exile them at the beginning of the next end step. For goblins, quantity is quality.
this isn't making my choice of a g/r commander easier.
Psst, go with Wort, she can double this spell! Then you get 4 permanent additions to the battlefield when everything resolves anyways!
yeah, but copying like 20 saprolings - especially with something like impact tremors in play, means you don't need to copy the spell
I mean, you can do the same with goblins, and goblins have fewer spells for making creatures (by 1), but make a heck of a lot more without stipulations, and those spells can also be copied, and used in conjunction with green's token copying, and the spells like Second Harvest, which can be copied to make copies of your copies.
Wort also comes down as three creatures, while Ulasht has a higher setup cost. You have to have a bunch of creatures before you cast Ulasht, and you have to have a bunch of mana to make more creatures.
That said, you can always have both. One as general, one as part of the 99. (Wort is also, honestly, just really fun to play.)
EDIT: Plus, there isn't a card that doubles only the number of saprolings you control, but there is one of those for goblins. Krenko!

Im sold. Revamping my wort build and including this. Also like the idea of picking ooze when something like parallel lives in play, then conspiring it for oops blew up your lands
Edit: err... and acidic slime
