Which is the good version ?
Well, it would make much more sense this way, if the name is correctly translated.. I did find only the mockup at manaleak.

Being able to read some Japanese (read: not as much as I should be able to read), this version looks correct, and much more Green.
Seems kind of win-more and mainly for Elves? Almost certainly in the Cat deck assuming that Cat token production is at its usual level for that tribe.
Upon putting the original tweet into translator, it speaks about taking creatures from a library. I really do not know who thought up the forestwalk version. I got rid of it.

Yeah, total win more. Any tribe that really benefits from it is already winning if they can get a lot out of it since it requires a boardstate to exist.
especially if you have Dragon Tempest or Scourge of Valkas in play (or turn up as one of the X).
Yet, in other tribes you might get much more out of it, like in slivers: doubling your slivers count is never bad
Or if you have Karthus and one of the Fate Reforged Legendary Dragons on the field.

Going from 5 to 10 Elves is really strong and should not be underestimated.
So is doubling your amount of Slivers.
But even getting two more dragons is totally worth it.
Competitively, it is only playable in an elf deck, but it is pretty decent there.
Non-competitively, it is playable in anything with green and creatures.

What happens when someone doesn't have enough creatures of the chosen type in their library? Shouldn't the rules text contain some stop when they run out of library or is that implied?

You have to stop revealing when you have no more unrevealed cards. The stop is shuffling your library.
Lol at the people talking about win-more. This is made for the multiplayer format and this is rarely ever going to be win-more in that case. Even if I have 10 elves, dragons, cats, wolves, dinosaurs, or whatever, that doesn't mean it's enough to take out multiple opponents. Reality is that it's probably not.
This card is balanced. I have no idea where people are getting win-more from. Also, I can't wait to see this be plated during combat for my friend to go find Craterhoof Behemoth in his Mayael the Anima deck.

"The essence of every world, every spell and every thought is power. Nothing else matters, because nothing else exists."
Seems pretty busted along side eldrazi spawn/scion. 7 mana go grab every eldrazi titain (except eons torn) is a sweet play. Obviously your dwck would have to run bad cards so its not a great idea.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Yep. Running out of cards is the stop, and then you go on to do whatever the rules text says: Cards milled with Hermit Druid stay in your graveyard, cards exiled with Demonic Consultation stay exiled, and here you shuffle them back into your library. You do the same thing if you cascade with no nonland cards with low enough CMC, e.g. if you proc Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder and then cast Ornithopter or something. (Though doing this with cascade doesn't trigger things like Cosi's Trickster, while here it does.)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Looks like there's a cycle of Kindred spells in the set, including this and Kindred Discovery. I would guess that this is Kindred Summons or Kindred Summoning.

Read my other stories as well (some ongoing):
Reaper King (a horror story), Kaalia of the Vast (an origin story), Sequels for Innistrad (Alternative sequels for Inn), Grey Areas (Odric's fanfic), Royal Succession (goblins),The Tracker's Message (eldrazi on Innistrad) and Ugin and his Eye (the end of OGW).
And you can do it at instant speed!
That may in fact be the thing that makes this card a solid playable in certain decks.
