Could stalking leonin be playable in legacy? 3/3 for 3, eats a delver and can be reactivated with flickerwisp? Ok, maybe just legacy cube. 1v1 commander all-star against some decks, too.
I do play some 1 v 1 Commander and the Leonin's biggest issue is it doesn't deal with True-Name Nemesis, which is a real thing still. The rest of the time he might eat a Zurgo or Kari Zev or Baneslayer or something. I'm sure he'll see tons of play in regular Commander though.

The "Crazy One", playing casual magic and occasionally dipping his toes into regular play since 1994.
Currently focusing on Pre-Modern (Mono-Black Discard Control) and Modern (Azorious Control, Temur Rhinos).
Find me at the Wizard's Tower in Ottawa every second Saturday afternoons.
Wait, if I'm reading this right, Mirri is going straight in a bunch of token decks.
Mirri, Cat Warrior was caught in that odd place, early in the Weatherlight saga, when legends didn't have to feel legendary. (Yeah, vigilance wasn't keyworded then, but it was common enough.) She was simply an efficient weenie for I-refuse-to-call-a-deck-Stompy-without-Winter Orb. (Seriously, I do.) When Planar Chaos came around, she replaced vigilance with haste, forestwalk (which is a bit swingy TBH, it's either useless or annoying af) with flying, and added the Sengir Vampire ability. She also made an about face. (Geddit? Because she's 3/2 instead of 2/3. Great, now I'm reffing really old cards nobody remembers.)
But neither struck me as particularly legendary, also a problem for otherWeatherlightshipmates. (This was not unique to the good guys: Gallowbraid and Morinfen are utterly forgettable.) For Mirri, I guess this isn't saying too much, as she's basically a pun. This, though, this looks surprisingly...good.
Now I want future "updated" Orim and Gerrard cards, and maybe a five-color (or RGWU) Sisay. #JustRebootTheWholeCrew
I am expecting Crovax to get a new card for the Vampire deck. After all, he was a vampire and never had a truly unique card either.

Well, to be fair, two of them weren't that different from each other. You know, because Planar Chaos. But Crovax is actually pretty much standard fare for a vampire back then. Vampires were black's iconic in those days, since demons were verboten. Crovax feels like an attempt to do a variant of Lord of the Pit, but has elements of Wiitigo to make him look just different enough.
The second Crovax is kinda cute to me because he's a precursor to New Phyrexia's "good for me, bad for you" cards (assuming you're in monoblack and your opponents aren't in black) and a Phyrexian himself. So in a way he's ahead of his time.
That said, I do think a lot of the Weatherlight saga could do with a good reboot. I mean, in supplemental products, of course. There are, of course, plenty with unique abilities. (Squee comes to mind.) But I really do want to see that five-color Sisay, just because...Sisay really should be able to command the entire crew. You can argue for the exclusion of Crovax (or just using his Planar Chaos version, since that's the only version of him not corrupted by Selenia), so an argument could be made for RGWU, which would be great since there aren't that many four-color commanders.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
