At nine rares including Taigam, Ojutai Master and Wasitora, Nekoru Queen, there's some potential for cool goodstuff. I'd like to see a cycle of Tarkir Dragons with their brood mechanic.
Dromoka Dragon with Bolster
Ojutai Sorcery with Rebound that creates blue Dragon tokens
Silumgar Dragon with Exploit
Kolaghan Dragon with Dash
Atarka Dragon with Formidable
And now I really want to see a UB Taigam with Delve as one of the two Wizard subcommanders. The other one could be a UR or BR legend, though since Vampires are likely to get a BR legend I would prefer a UR legend for this one.
Vampires I can see getting a WB Vampire Knight and maybe a BR Vampire Cleric.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
There shouldn't be more expensive booster boxes and players should be able to crack older rares at 110 USD per booster box.
On the subject of commander though, the cats thus far have been the most surprising in a multitude of ways. This is probably because that tribe didn't have a huge amount of tribal specific support so they had to put in more power with the newer cards.

Anyone knows why the dragons deck got one more legend (Ramos, Ur-Dragon, O-kagachi, Wasitora and Taigam) than the cat deck (Mirri, Arahbo, Balan and Nazahn)? This bothers me a lot. Not only because legendary creatures are the most important spoilers from the new commander decks, but also because I liked the legends from the cat deck much more than the legends from the dragons one.

I expect we have yet to see a new G Cat legend, and will. Just for a later preview if anything.

Scalelord Reckoner was great, Territorial Hellkite being a 6/5 haste for 3 mana is so cute even if his drawback really bites, Boneyard Scourge has potential I guess, Neko :3 Queen is cute but meh, O-Kagachi is why, Ramos and Taigam are really more of their own commanders rather than cards I'd keep in the deck, the generic tribal cards are interesting, and I do not know why there's an apparent political sub-theme in the dragon deck when dragons are the exact opposite of politics.
After the cat spoilers I was hoping the dragon spoilers would be nearly as good...but I expected as such. For my lady friend's sake, if vampires are tomorrow I hope that reveal is more exciting.
When a nontoken wizard ETB you may pay 1 if you do create a token that's a copy of that wizard, it has haste
Exile it at the begining of the next endstep.
All grixis generals, including this one, feel really clunky to me. This one is mana hungry without green. It is amazing how WoTC can't design (up until now) a decent, cost-efficient, powerful grixis general. As for control colors, it is my second favorite (after only blue-black), but they keep making these awkward creatures. Jeleva, Marchesa and now Inalla. Come on WoTC! Get grixis right!

Or better yet, give Grixis in Commander a rest already. Jevela, Nekusar and now Inalla. All of which are randoms, and fighting each other for the commander slot. Mono-U Wizards would have intrigued me more personally.
While they aren't horrible, I still feel the wizard and vampire primary commanders are the weakest of the bunch. The Wizard one does have some cool tricks to pull off with ETBs though. People have already pointed out how it turns Venser, Shaper Savant into a Capsize. Not to mention double Vendilion clique sounds mean.
Still, have the entire commander set pre-ordered. I'm not missing out on this years commander set like the last one and getting forced to scour the nearest target to get the most popular of the decks.

Yep I pre-ordered all 4 decks again
I mean the new cards are quite promising for easy wins.
As for wizards let's not forget good old snapcaster mage doing two spells again.
Ps a few people are nuts they think the wizard commander is going to get banned. Not even close guys she's on par with breya and she's not banned. By on par I mean combo potentials.

Double flashback with snap would cost a good amount of mana, unless you're getting very cheap spells. Yes, the grixis commander doesn't feel banworthy at all, even with some combo potential, but I believe the players were speaking in the context of multiplayer, where weirder things (such as leovold) have been banned.
We got only 3 vampire legends. What is going on? 5 legends on dragons precon, 4 on cats, 3 on vampires. Are they saving tons of legends for tomorrow? Or are they really not going to print the same amount of legends for each deck? That would be very bad.

Leovold was weird? I've seen a number of folks on the Internet practically begging for him to be done away with because of his interactions with Windfall effects and stuff like Teferi's Puzzle Box.

I don't know the dynamics of multiplayer, honestly. I play a lot of 1v1. Leovold is a 3/3 creature with zero protection. You're playing against 3 people. How can someone drop a puzzle box and have it not get destroyed immediately? How can people let Leovold live until it comes back to the opponent's turn? In 1v1, Leovold is mediocre. At best tier 2. And there is just one person opposing it. I can't fathom how 3 players can face Leovold on a table and complain he is overpowered. Just kill the damn thing. Or its artifacts. Or counter its windfalls. Sure, sometimes the leovold player can 'get' the table, but that would happen enough times for him to be banned? Nah,don't buy it. That is just because people build suboptimal decks on multiplayer, doing goofy slow stuff that three people can't deal with a 3/3 with zero forms of protection.

Also, as far as impacting the secondary market I think the vampire deck has the biggest potential to cause a ruckus. There are so many good out of print vampires floating about right now, even if a lot of them are more so geared towards "big black" strategies using Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth

I really doubt the Vampire deck is anywhere near big black. From the spoilers today it looks like it'll be the dumb red deck of this set.
I was very dissapointed by all three generals, none do anything new, hell Licia and Mathas are already outperformed in the kind of deck they want to command by Zurgo Helmsmasher/Karlov of the Ghost Council and Queen Marchesa respectively.
I'm probably not going to buy any of the decks. I'll buy Mirri and Taigam as singles, as they seem the strongest and easiest commanders to utilize and the rest of the commanders can go hang.

They may seem that way to you, but it doesn't mean they are.
I'm not saying you should buy the decks, but I wouldn't just dismiss Edgar or Inalla at the very least.
The Eminence thing is useful, at least - there's nothing I hate more than putting out my commander only to have them immediately removed back to the command zone. A commander should be an integral part of playing a game of Commander. It should be the creature that the whole deck revolves around, the whole reason for the deck to exist and to be played.

What makes me nervous about Taigam is that he needs to attack for the rebound. It's not like Narset where turning her sideways immediately starts vomiting advantage from your deck, or Yidris who grants a more bonkers ability in cascade to your spells as a reward for hitting and has evasion (trample).
I'm not saying he's terrible, and the two other guys I mentioned have 3+ colors in contrast to Taigam's 2, but I'm cautious about what I expect from him.
