It will have protection from two things and then two activated abilities almost assuredly.
Would be cool if one of the activated abilities was you rolled a d20 against opponents life to get a "hit" and then did damage equal to a d8 (the classic sword damage).
so all the other swords protect from colours, the only thing we are missing is colourless and multicolour. Lands (dungeons) are colourless, dragons are one of the few tribe that appear in every colour...so my vote is for protection from colourless and multicolour. a clause like spectra ward will make sure that the equipped sword does not fall

So basically there's gonna be 2 silver-bordered cards that won't be acquirable by any other means than that bag from the event?
No. According to MaRo (who isn't always the best source of information, I'll admit), the $600 "ticket" only guarantees you the cards without standing in line. There will still (apparently) be a line you can go through to buy the cards, similar to the SDCC promos.
Also worth noting that even if the bag is the only way to get them originally, this isn't really a change from what WoTC has done in the past. After all, the "only" way to get the following cards was to own a store, be a Vendor, or work closely with Wizards:

Yeah, those are the Happy Holidays promos. But since these cards are promoting Unstable, it's kind of a bummer to not get them with the set. Besides, it wouldn't be the first time WotC made a cross between products. They made a card for Robot Chicken, too. That was only given to some people that have to do with the show.

I am not sure how 2 cards that aren't even part of the set can be considered any differently that the Holiday promos. And they are meant to promote Hascon since they are crossovers with Hasbro's other brands, not necessarily Unstable.
I personally don't feel that there is any problem with them printing two Silver-Bordered cards that are "unobtainable" through packs.

I just know they're gonna be super expensive collector's items. Hopefully they're used in Un-Cubes at least.
