Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
That was unexpected. The possibility of essentially drawing four cards and getting twenty mana, at max, is pretty crazy, but you're never getting that because, again, no deck manipulation. Shame about the shuffle clause, otherwise this would be an amazing control finisher. Still lolzy in EDH.
Too random for my tastes - for every game you just win because this hits, say, two Glorybringers, a Lava Axe, and a Deem Worthy, there will be far too many where you hit nothing but lands, 1 and 2 drops, or more copies of this spell. Could easily have cost 5 itself, or had a scry attached, or not shuffled...just bleh. Honestly not sure why it shuffles given the mana limitation preventing you from slamming a ton of Eldrazi or chain reacting this spell.

Wish they let you drop as many lands as you wanted off this. Would make it really playable, but as is, it's a very narrow card that could either fizzle or win the game. Just the kind of randomness that red likes, I guess.
I always liked Act on Impulse and this card is that taken to its extreme. I already like gambling so I would definitely play this card in the right deck. Sure, I may hit three lands and a small burn spell...but I could also hit 4 pretty good creatures. If you are playing red, then you should be throwing caution to the wind!
I don't know if hazoret will survive. Undying fury to me could be a nod to her spirit or something along those lines. I dont think we can tell definitevly off just that.
Unfortunately, as many others pointed out, the card requires you to shuffle your library before exiling the top four, so library manipulation is specifically rendered worthless.
This is one of those cards where you just have to build around it to maximize its chances of success. Making sure it's the most expensive card in your deck, and the only 6 cmc at that, is a good start. Mana Severenace and Selective Memory are actually good enablers for Fury, as you can simply exile the rest of your lands, and anything else you don't want to hit with Fury, from your library.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

You want Mana Severance. You'd have to use both to get the effect you want.

I get that this is not supposed to be super competitive, but even casually this card is pretty bad. If it didn't have the CMC limitation I could see it being a fun casual shuffle and hope to hit an eldrazi and even that wouldn't make it close to competitive in any way.

Oddly enough this deviates from the "God's Last X" convention we've seen. Story spoiler there?

If this said Scry 4 then do this, I still don't think it would be good enough to play. It's like a bad Chaos Warp.

Doomsday is an Invocation. It also doesn't fit the numbers crunch.
Bontu dies
Rhonas dies
And oketra dies?
And hazoret survives
Will kefnet survive?
As for the card edh all the way with the good old sensei's divining top and scroll rack
Kefnet died in today's story.
Everyone but Hazoret dies. Sorry to spoil it.
