I understand that Hour of Glory is a plot card, but the art is terrible. It's an example of what I hate about the modern style of art design. From the art alone, you have no idea what is going on. At least show the stabbing occurring. I just prefer the looser style of old sets. The card itself is okay, but only hitting others in their hands seems a rare upside.
I really wish that the PW deck cards that mention a specific planeswalker by full name only asked you to find a Bolas or Nissa PW. At least then a couple of them might be useful in EDH on some rare occasion or perhaps even Standard if there are enough of that planeswalker, like Nissa right now for example. That wouldn't always make the cards good, but at least allow you to use them more often than just with one other incredibly specific planeswalker.
Hour of Glory is more main-deckable than Deicide since there's always creatures to hit, but for even EDH Monoblack I am not sure this is more useful than Silence the Believers or Gild and generally four mana for a one-for-one isn't where you want to be. Would have been a LOT more impactful at 1BB and probably seen some standard play. Talk about a disappointing rare; that's a lot of trinket text for two rarity leaps up from Oblivion Strike.

The fact that it costs 4 is irrelevant. This will show up as as a 1-of in the main and again in the sideboard as efficient removal in Standard. Sure, the only real targets against which it will be needed are the gods but it can also take out a Gideon which is masquerading as a creature for a turn.
I don't have a problem with those taplands. Sure, they are a little slow when they enter the battlefield but then so is Shambling Vent and I don't always activate its ability
Hour of Glory seems pretty bad, Sever the Bloodline is better in almost every situation.
Sorcery vs Instant Speed, and you get to take a peek at their hand if it was a God. If the Gods become staples of Standard (and I have no reason to believe RHonas and Hazoret, at the very least, won't) it becomes an important card to have access to.
Baral, Chief of Compliance can shave 1 off that cost. Just because counterspells are what he does best, doesn't mean he can't be good with removal too. The art could be highly exploitable for funny scenarios, like dangling a coin in front of the snek's face.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
As for today's spoilers, I really enjoy the Sphinx for casual gameplay, but honestly, today's spoilers have really sucked. Shame we don't have a leak or something going on.

Actually they also showed the last card accidently leaked early

In some ways I agree, but the art on this card, especially combined with the flavor text, actually works wonders for exactly the moment that's being portrayed. You don't see the murder because, in this exact instance, there is a chance that it could be either God that bites it. Since the card answers all gods, we the player choose how this plays out... even if the plot plays out with Rhonda's death.
The wasp is actually pretty decent? Not like super amazing or anything but a 2/1 flier for 2 that can become a kill spell is kinda cool.
If Marvel hadn't been banned, this would likely have seen play in a Sultai Marvel deck trying to hit NB. If there is a Ramp deck that can play NB, this will also likely see play.
I never expected to see something this efficient in a Planeswalker deck.

So, it seems Bolas' deck will be core BR with blue as tertiary. Curious.

2) The Scorp God is all business, kills the god of strength and walks away like 'No biggie.'

Well for one reason creatures are easier to get rid of than enchantments, excluding indestructible creatures.
Secondly it's cost 4 CMC vs 2 from before
And third you can only search the hand if you exile a god that's it not the grave nor library.
