Angel of Condemnation 2WW
Creature - Angel (Rare)
Flying, vigilance
2W, Tap: Exile another target creature. Return that card to the battlefield under its owners control at the beginning of the next end step.
2W, Tap, Exert Angel of Condemnation: Exile another target creature until Angel of Condemnation leaves the battlefield. (An exerted creature won't untap during your next untap step.)

Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
Strong card that one! Reusable Flickerwisp/Fairgrounds Warden on a Serra Avenger body... Still, I think the mana requirements are simply too high for it to see much play outside of Limited.
This feels similar to Eldrazi Displacer with some upgrades. For one more mana, it gets flying, vigilance, and an extra ability. Thankfully they gave this vigilance so you can still attack and have the option to use the tap abilities
Yeah I'm not seeing how this card is better than displacer. Sure for one more mana you get some extra juice, but what this card needs to be as good as you all make it sound is one extra toughness. On top of that, the fact you have to tap it to use it's ability makes it not as great as you guys claim.
Repeatable blinks attached to a flying, vigilant creature? Sounds good. I wouldn't worry about losing it to removal, either, because any deck playing this creature will mostly likely also be using Selfless Spirit.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I can dig it, it's a minor Serra Angel with upside. In standard, I think that can have applications.
The article seems to think this is modern worthy and.... maybe, but 3 toughness in a format with Lightning Bolt that needs to survive a turn to do anything. That doesn't seem that great.
They have to hype it up! It's the reason Wizards spreads its spoilers like that. Still, 95% of the time, I'd rather have either Eldrazi Displacer or Restoration Angel in a Death & Taxes list.
Lets say you have two of these on the battlefield
Angel1 uses its exert ability, targeting a creature an opponent controls.
In response, Angel2 targets Angel1 with the ability to flicker it until the next endstep.
Is the opponents creature exiled for good? Is this another oblivion ring loophole?
