This is the kind of card they should be reprinting in Duel Decks not ghost rares.
It's cheap, it's interesting, and it's hard to find one that doesn't feel/look like it's made of toilet paper.
First Hour pack I opened in my sealed pool had this in it. Luckily, my pool also had a ton of green ramp and fatties in it, so I was able to go Simic and this card won me most of my games (and I went undefeated last night).
