Sorcery, Destroy target forest or G Enchant or Planeswalker, if it's Nissa draw a card.
As this appears to be a cycle, we can safely guess that the other 3 will get one too. They also seem to follow a theme of 'ironic defeats', so...
Jace is getting Mindwiped
Nissa gets attacked by roots
Chandra will be engulfed by flames
Liliana will be swarmed by zombies
Gideon will be laying in a puddle.
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
Why laying in a puddle? If anything, he'd be trapped in a barrier or bound by law magic.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Why laying in a puddle? If anything, he'd be trapped in a barrier or bound by law magic.
The puddle is reference back to his fight with Ob Nixillis. Ob got around Gideon's invulnerability by drowning him in "two inches of dirty water". Pretty badass moment actually.
This actually seems pretty reasonable side board material. Enchantment removal, killing a planeswalker or land destruction.
Am curious to what the other Gatewatch defeat's will be.
Would expect the red one to be damage to red creatures or planeswalkers. And if hitting Chandra... either damage can't be prevent, double damage, or it his the planeswalkers control as well.
Given that Jace's defeat counters spells, and nissa's does the usual green thing, i guess gideon's will be some o-ring-exile thing, chandra's probably deals damage to creature and/or planeswalker and Lili's is some discard/pull from library thing.

Current Commanders:
106 Decks assembled and ready to battle.
The final kanzi could indeed be korosu, although that would be some odd distortion on the card.
As for the card itself, I'd like to point out to the LD people that this is a specific Stone Rain for 3. We also have a 4-mana LD card in Red that can Cycle. Seems like this might point out to a slightly more powerful level of LD.
I find the most interesting part of the card the fact that it takes out enchantments. It doesn't quite fit thematically--Nissa has never really had an affinity for enchantments--unless it can hit Nissa's Oath... which, mechanically, might imply that NB takes her out first so that they cannot rally together using her Oath. Flavorfully, perhaps there is a Green enchantment or three that they were worried about?
It says "Destroy." Would the Creative Team kill off Nissa? We've visited Zendikar and Kaladesh so far, and we have a new G-R female Planeswalker, so I was thinking they could afford to kill off both Nissa and Chandra. Granted that would be very, very bold of them, but I'm not sure it's impossible.

Goryo: By that logic, Gideon and Jace will also die, because each mechanic on these cards results in 'death'.
I think Nissa's Defeat says 'destroy' because that is how Green can deal with PWs.
Blue can counter them, so Jace's Defeat counters.
Green can destroy them, so Nissa's Defeat destroys.
White can exile them (particularly while they are attacking), so Gideon's Defeat exiles.
Black can discard them, so Liliana's Defeat--assuming she is defeated--is probably a Black Distress like card with a bonus if you discard a Liliana PW card.
Red can deal damage to them, so Chandra's Defeat is likely going to deal an arbitrarily high amount of damage to a PW or 'creature subgroup'. And if it's a Chandra PW, also deal damage to her controller. Or something.

Don't tie rules text to flavor. Whilst it is possible that Nissa and any of the other Gatewatch members could die that is more likely to be revealled in one of the storyline columns than that a random card that that is sent out as a preview.

And I thought we'd moved away from color-hate. I would enjoy this cycle a lot more if it didn't care about the color of the target, even if they cost more for it.
Like:
"Nissa's Defeat 2GG
Sorcery
Destroy target noncreature permanent. If that permanent was a Nissa planeswalker, draw a card."
Does this card target any planeswalker or only green ones? The phrasing "destory target forest, green enchantment, or planeswalker" should allow it to destroy any of them. Should be easier to cast than Ruinous Path or its aftermath version.

Why would we move away from color hate? It's been a part of the game from the beginning and is relevant to how the colors are positioned to each other.

Is there just not a card for Chandra's defeat spoiled yet?
I haven't seen one. I'm hoping she doesnt defeat Bolas.. First the titans then Bolas, that would be unacceptable. What is chandra? Magic's jean grey/Phoenix?

It only destroys Green Planeswalkers. The character for "Green" appears twice, once before the word for "Enchantment" and once before the word for "Planeswalker.

It's a messy, lazy, catch-all way to combat other decks that is rendered entirely useless if the deck you play against doesn't run the colors you're hating on. Hate cards should combat strategies (like Torpor Orb or Pithing Needle), not any deck that runs a specific color.
Color hate is both too narrow, being irrelevant against decks outside the targetted color, and too broad, oversimplifying how decks interact with each other. Hating on one green deck, for example, should not mean hating on every green deck.
This is why intimidate, landwalk, and (to a lesser extent) protection isn't around anymore.
