O-Kagachi should've been something along these lines:
Whenever ~ attacks, if defending player attacked you during his or her last turn, exile target nonland permanent that player controls.
As long as ~ is in your graveyard, each creature you control gains soulshift X, where X is its converted mana cost .
The Soulshift bonus would've been nice If you were deciding to go 5 color Spirit Tribal which was a huge missed opportunity on Wizards of the Coast's part. Even still O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami does fill that missing niche in my deck of being able to deal with artifacts, enchantments, and planeswalkers much more efficiently aside from just creatures with Karona, False God as my Commander so I'm not complaining.

Relax spirits could still get the unexspected slot for tribes.
Hopefully the rest of the Titans (sans Urza, 'cause he's too broken for a card) get printed like Freyalise.
It's cool for commander products to have innovative things, but they can totally print new cards with old mechanics in them. Like more legends with partner and more planeswalkers that can be commanders. If you do something right the first time, replicate it.
The main issue with Partner is testing, as many have said. Any new partner legends will need to be tested with both the partner legends from the new commander set and with all of the older partner legends, thus the more partner legends they print the more time Wizards has to take testing.
Currently there are 15 legends with partner meaning that there are currently 120 different commanders using only the partner legends. Adding only one to the list increases that number 136. Given that, I don;t think we will be seeing Partner ever again.
Just because there are so many possibilities doesn't mean they're going to prevent printing any more partners. What's to stop them from printing mono-colored or tri-colored partners? Most combinations are lackluster anyways. Additionally, there are 2 of every enemy-colored pair and only 1 of each ally-colored pair. So WotC could at least print 5 more ally-colored partners.

I'm just sad they made Ur Dragon a more powerful card than O-Kagachi.
Is it possible the art on these are real, but the cards themselves are fake? I'd love that. We get the same characters and these artworks, but on better designed cards - at least for O-Kagachi.
Forgive me for not reading the entire 10 pages of thread before asking this...
... but usually any legendary creature in the deck that matches the deck's colours fully are printed in foil, correct?
So shouldn't The Ur-Dragon be foiled out in the screenshots? It doesn't look it at first glance...
But yeah... I would love these to be real. My 8yo will be begging for this deck for Christmas.
And if one of the other three is Angels, my wife will probably go "screw it, just buy all four now".
Actually come to think of it, O-Kagachi should have at least been an 8/8. He was mentioned as the Eight-Headed Serpent so many times in the novel and from the way he sweeped the floor with Konda's army, Yosei and the All-Consuming Oni of Chaos, I'm not buying each head was worth less than a 1/1. As mentioned by many others already his lack of indestructibility could be excused, but he still needed some form of protection (none of army's tactics works, the enhanced wall only delayed O-Kagachi for a few minutes, Yosei's beams could not overcome the serpent's regeneration and well the All-Consuming's attacks literally bounced off), even if it was the troll one.
And he really needed the same Eminence the Ur-Dragon has, except for spirits (and arcane while we're at it). It doesn't combo directly with the soulshift mechanic, but I can see it being a great support for it and the "Spiritcraft" mechanic the entire block had. Now that I stated this, it really felt like the entire Kamigawa Block got diminished in favor of Dragons, ironically because O-Kagachi brought so much attention.
I probably should just be happy we got a card from a long-gone Kamigawa character, but I still felt that it was diminished so much that I'm not even sure anymore.

Though that has been a trend in the past, it has raised complaints and is not confirmed to be the case for this release.
But seriously they used to do mega-mega cycles in the past: remember the mega legendary land cycle that took like five blocks to flesh out? It started with Teferi's Isle in Mirage.
They are sort of doing it with famous sorceries and Magus, we had Wheel and Will so far.
Just realized that we probably won't be able to verify if this leak is real or fake for the next two months - until after HOU...
If they don't show any of the new cards earlier that is.
Wrong
The announcement day is in June they may put he set symbol up for commander 2017 (adding it to the upcoming stuff page.)
At least O-Kagachi will play well as a card. I just expected something much, much bigger.
Fair, though it still works quite flavorfully. O-Kagachi is all about reprisal, so you get a mini-retelling of the Kami war everytime someone attacks you. Size wise it may be a miss (though 6/6 is actually perfectly standard for legendary dragons with attack triggers) but it would be weird to have both O-Dragon and Ur-Dragon both as giant monstrosities... and the Ur Dragon is cooler in concept, just sayin'.
To me it's just a huge disappointment. I'm not very well versed in MtG lore, but I've still wanted to see a card representation since Final Judgment, seeing that O-Kagachi has always been a mysteriously Progenituslike massive entity that simply ended hordes of enemies by unmaking them. It's one of the best memories I have reading Magic lore. So this is a card I've waited for for a long time
I think that O-Kagachi would be fun in a limited format, like Chromanticore. I once built a cube that was heavily dragon focused, and O-Kagachi I think would be a blast to pull and play.
Actually come to think of it, O-Kagachi should have at least been an 8/8. EDIT: Text fixing.
This is how I feel. I am thrilled that he finally has a card, and that it is 5-color. I have wanted cards for characters like O-Kagachi for a long time, like many. Yet I can't emphasize my displeasure enough with how weak he was made, because of inaccuracy. It's just inaccurate. I'm betting this was a Bottom-Up design too, which I just don't feel is appropriate for such cards or even the product itself. I will always celebrate a cardless character getting finally printed, especially one from Kamigawa. But I can't help but be disappointed in the disconnect with the lore when such a thing was not necessary. Just design these new character cards Top-Down for Commander products. Make their effects and P/T appropriate to the lore. Such cards are for Vorthos, so I don't understand why Vorthos Commander cards are being designed as if they were meant for a confined format like Draft or Standard? As if having too many grand, overcosted cards or an imbalanced mana curve is going to be dreaded for a fun Vorthosy casual format of lore fans?
Think about it. Who is WOTC trying to please by giving O-Kagachi a card? Who is going to be most excited about the character and their representation? Vorthos. Not people who care about mana curves or mana economics.
And these decks get altered, taken apart, spread between different decks, etc. So these strict design rules are unnecessary. Just give us accurate characters at all costs. Even if it takes 15 damn mana and a hard cast restriction to do it. Hell I'll pay 15 U for an Arixmethes that is a 12/12 ("at least as big as Kozilek") than have some stupid design rule which forces him to be smaller than freaking Tromokratis for the sake of mana curves in a casual Vorthos pre-con deck.
O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami as seen here is a God that has lost his godhood, which basically means he's lost his indestructibility.
Other than that, this "god" has stats that are comparable to that of every other God we've seen, lacks a God's usual restriction on interacting with mortals, has the ability to repeatedly make things go away in the game's most absolute way possible, and has two forms of evasion to help trigger that ability. In other words, even without his godhood he's still a better beater than any other god out there, and that doesn't even take into account that he can benefit from the magic of those he rules over, unlike other gods (i.e., Dragon and Spirit tribal).
And people are upset that this "local politician" is inferior to the cosmologically omnipresent force that he was modeled after when Kamigawa (edit: the plane, not the set) was created?
He's just too small. Look at the art. He's the size of Progenitus. I know that Emrakul can be killed by 15 Squirrels but come on. The scale is all weird, and the whole point of the character, to begin with, was his ridiculous size and army-unmaking capabilities. They got the second part right, but not the first.
2. He should have been a 10/10
3. He should have indeed exiled non-land permanents equal to damage dealt to a player.
4. He should have had Vigilance and Haste, even if all this meant him costing 10 Mana.

I'm might be joing the boat on the theory of all of them are 5-color decks
They are not color focused because all of them have all colors
And for Eldrazi one devoid probably the same cmc as ur-dragon but add one C to the cost.
