I'm seriously hoping that the other legends in that deck have more than the cat subtype. I hate to be that guy, but this is not looking too good right now as far as what people are getting on their wishlists for tribal commanders. It sounds like a lot of people were hoping for more classic tribals and Cats is almost a joke in many ways even if it does make sense due to the inclusion of a cat lord in Amonkhet. We've got two more tribal decks to get revealed, so keeping the chin up that they wont be disappointing.
Spirits would not disappoint me one bit.
And even if we don't get that O-kagachi can steer that ships
Reminder to everybody there is still a few legendary spirits that don't have a card yet.
Which ajani(s) do you think will be put into the deck.
Caller of the pride is the safest bet because of that super.
None - because with the exception of the 5 walkers that can be your commander from 2014 they have never put a walker in a preconstructed Commander deck. I don't expect them to start now.
And before you say "flavor", I'm pretty sure we've seen all the mythics from the dragon deck and we didn't see any Sarkhan or Bolos or Ugin walker cards. I don't see a walker for flavor in 1 deck where I'm sure they could shoe-horn one into each deck.
Hell, Teferi's deck in C14 should have come with two othe rwalkers just so Teferi's ultimate could be a bit more useful. When it comes to Ajani in a cat deck I can see one being in there, but it's not assured. At the very least certain Walkers should be in a deck when it makes perfect sense, like Jace and/or Tamiyo in Teferi's.
I wonder what the other two shall be. I don't like the overlap theory that it's spirits and humans (or monks), but...it'd be nice to have a spirit tribal commander from outside Kamigawa and Human tribal commander that is an actual Human.
Monks are the least likely because they either occupy the exact same colors as the cats or would play as a spellslinger deck which means they'd have wasted the perfect opportunity for Wizard tribal in lieu of Monks.
Humans are more likely but they are explicitly relegated to the token/weenie-aggro play style and that's still a bit too similar to the cats. Still possible though.
Spirits...I have no reason to think Spirits will not be used. They'd probably play as a control or flicker-combo deck.

But reminder it could be one from innistrad there are power house spirits in innistrad as well.

Oh damn.
What if Kyodai and Michiko are the Eminence Spirit Avatar leaders of the Spirit deck? Sisters of Flesh and Spirit 5c EDH.
What I'd hope for most though is Lord Windgrace. Before he died, he cast a spell to insure that his spirit would watch over Urborg forever. I'd like to see that.

Poor Night's Reach. She's tricky for getting away from Oldwalker Bolas of all things. Let alone having survived at all.
Kyodai herself or the Sisters on one card could be the Eminence Avatar. I suspect we'll get a RB All-Consuming Oni of Chaos which is a Demon Spirit too.

He would be 110% Jeskai (WUR) colored as a legend which would make sense for him if he is in the spirit deck than the cat deck. As even if you take out the he was very much a character.
It's looking like my prediction from the very begining may be spot on.
And it's the tribes chosen will be ones that don't have a leader or needs something better that are popular and iconic Ofcoarse
So tribes for the other two spots must be one of these.
Vampire (grixis or mardu vampire wanted)
Wizard (we need one outside mono blue)
Human (give us a naya with a tribal ability)
Angel (they are on the edge because of 5-color slot being taken by dragons but mardu still has a chance.)
Spirit (this has the most tribal stuff with no perfect leader karador is not going to cut it O-kagachi coming soon is a close but no cigar catergory)
Knight or soldier (they would be in the spot of human if one of those made it except mardu instead.)

If only a commander product had delivered a Grixis Vampire before. If only. A Jeleva of sorts. But that's only a wish of course.
New banned words for this thread:
Eldrazi - Go buy BFZ. No one else wants to anyway.
Devoid - Failed mechanics can be found there too.
Vampires - Go buy SOI/EMN.
Zombies: Go buy SOI, EMN, AMN, HOU and hell, INN, Dark Ascension and AVR at that. Wasn't long ago.
Artifacts/Colorless - Go buy KLD, AER
Elves - Go buy literally anything from the last 3 decades
Merfolk - Go buy the new Duel Deck
Goblin - See above
We get this product only once a damn year, so make your requests and expectations count.

Pretty much answers the question if you agree with my theory or not
Cards that care about creature types. Cards that only produce tokens aren't considered in any category but the "Any" section. Eldrazi are listed with colorless, because half the time, that's how WotC "tribes" them.
Kind of funny someone mentioned spirits for tribal. Right now I use Sen Triplets for my spirit tribal commander due to the draw-go nature of the deck.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
I made the list before before Hour of Devastation spoilers began, so there's a few things missing in that list.
I only just now posted it because formatting that thing took a lot more time than I thought it would, and I encountered multiple tagging errors.
I'm not coming down on you for it. I'm just pointing it out.
Also, I did mention in the Cat deck thread that I have a Sphinx bias.
That said, I don't know if Thing in the Ice's flip side, "Awoken Horror", counts as Horror tribal support.
EDIT: I also kinda wonder if Kaladesh wasn't a missed opportunity to reintroduce the Rebel type and expand on it.
I would agree with that assessment of Awoken Horror, which is why it isn't in my list. I tried to avoid punishment cards and "downside negated" cards, except in the demon section because that felt...appropriate.

I will forgive transgressions for 6/6 O-Kagachi.
Kyodai and Michiko..with Partner. Michiko can be Esper Colored, Kyodai can be Red/Green. One can have spiritcraft, the other can have soulshift and the ability to exile itself from the graveyard.
I think most of you here are thinking Eldrazi because it seems to fit logistically. It is an unexpected tribe and they made plenty of tribal support for Eldrazi. Eldrazi tribal would be rather casual, given most of the Eldrazi cards suck aside from the legendary Eldrazi that is pretty much universally groaned and despised on seeing revealed in the command zone.

"People are the worst. The worst thing about music is that people play it." - Mike Patton
Eldrazi are the only villain in Magic that has an official "tribe," and was in fact the last creature type to get the "Tribal" card type. So from that standpoint, it makes sense. They're also popular, despite what the forums around here may say, the big three have had moments to shine in multiple formats, and Commander players have been clamoring for a colorless deck, according to WotC.
Making a card that allowed for the maximum use of the Eldrazi, and didn't go crazy on the big three would be difficult though. If you want devoid, you need a 5 color colorless creature. If you want the Oath ones, you need colorless mana support. And you presumably wouldn't be able to make use of any of the werewolf eldrazi or meld cards due to their limitations on double-sided cards.
The only thing that comes to mind for me is maybe having a 5-color devoid Tazri, based on The Blight We Were Born For alternate version of her corrupted by Kozilek. But that might be confusing to...well, anyone who never read the Oath of the Gatewatch weekly story. They could always make something up though too, as demonstrated by the face card of the cat deck.

The vorthos in me wants spirits purely for all the story characters we haven't got yet.
If we're doing Kamigawa spirits, I want The Sisters of Flesh and Spirit, who is, to those not in the know, a fusion between Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker and That Which Was Taken.
I'd also like to see what the Myojin of Night's Reach has been up to ever since Nicol Bolas ripped her face off back during Future Sight.
I don't really know of any named Spirits from Innistrad other than Geist of Saint Traft.
Ravnica had plenty of Spirits in the Ghost Quarter. Agrus Kos, Wojek Veteran and Szadek, Lord of Secrets spent the entire Dissension novel as summoned spirits.
What I'd hope for most though is Lord Windgrace. Before he died, he cast a spell to insure that his spirit would watch over Urborg forever. I'd like to see that.

Sphinxes now have Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign.
I made the list before before Hour of Devastation spoilers began, so there's a few things missing in that list.
I only just now posted it because formatting that thing took a lot more time than I thought it would, and I encountered multiple tagging errors.
EDIT: The missing items.
Horses now have Crested Sunmare putting their count at one.
Zombies now have Mummy Paramount, Unconventional Tactics, Accursed Horde, The Scarab God, and Unraveling Mummy putting their count at lots (86).
Sphinxes now have Unesh, as stated in the previous post, putting their count to one.
Cats gained Pride Sovereign, putting their count to three.
Kyodai and Michiko..with Partner. Michiko can be Esper Colored, Kyodai can be Red/Green. One can have spiritcraft, the other can have soulshift and the ability to exile itself from the graveyard.
