However, I wonder how they meet the "three options" quota each deck has had to date (bear in mind that C16's decks had three Partner legends apiece, one ally and two enemy, thus giving each deck three options: the four color legend, ally partner + enemy partner A, and ally partner + enemy partner B).

If we're being honest with ourselves here, I really just want another Sliver Legend to make my already degenerate Sliver Commander deck even more un-fun to play against.

Believe I would love it too but there's 2 problems
we got all the slivers of each catergory
dragons/angels have a enmorous more likely hood of getting a 5-color slot.
1 class-based tribe (maybe Knights, Wizards, or Allies)
WUBRG Slivers
I don't think so.
Well that's hardly a bold claim! My odds of being right on all four accounts have got to be pretty slim.
I'd be interested for you to elaborate though. Do you none of those decks are likely?
If we are not getting a "class" tribe, not getting a "classic" tribe, and not getting a "scary" tribe (I forgot about Werewolves - maybe more likely than Rats), what is it you think we will get instead? (You'll forgive me not reading the whole thread).

That's what I'm talking about!
I don't believe they are out of design space for Slivers. It's been three years, so there have been a few new key-word abilities. Bear in mind we are only getting ~16 new cards per deck (and these might include a couple generic tribal support cards. It won't take much creativity to come up with a handful of new Slivers. Slivers are a very popular tribe, and a new lord would sell like hot-cakes.
For the record, I do not play Slivers nor do I plan to. My decks are in my signature below.
I had forgotten about Angels & Dragons - 1 of these is also likely (we have too many good candidates and too few decks coming out). I seriously doubt Angels would be 5 colours though. More likely WB or WR (possibly with a splash). Or even mono W. Dragons could easily be 5 colours, but might make as much sense in BR or mono R.
So in theory I think they could make all 3 of Angels, Dragons, and Slivers and still showcase diverse colour combinations (not that I think 3 "casual" tribes are the most likely thing).
I'm hoping for double-tribal decks, such as an Elemental Shaman deck, full of Elemental Shamans but also with some non-Elemental Shamans and some non-Shaman Elementals.

I think this is reasonably probable. Another possibility is secondary tribal support.
eg - an Elf deck that has half a dozen (or so) Elf Warriors and Elf Druids, plus a few card that care about those secondary tribes.
Or we might get 4 unique racial tribe decks, with 1 or 2 classes that are common to all four races. I'm honestly not as big on tribal as some people, but I'm still pretty psyched to see what we get. Here's hoping for the return of Tribal (card type) and a long overdue WG Elephant general.

For sliver again i would love them for one of these decks, three problems
we got all the slivers with all the abilitys (talking evergreen) though I would love for me to tell me what's not done yet.
dragons/angels/elementals, have a much bigger likely hood than slivers for a,5-color slot
wizards is picky on exspensive reprints no way we are getting sliver legion and as for sliver queen is on the reserve list.
For goblins. Why they have enough stuff already for tribal. Basicly if all the decks are the most done tribals it would be a dull product. Plus I mentioned this before it's iconic vs popular being famous doesn't necessary make them popular.
Next up the director of commander 2017 said one of the tribes will be completely unexspected not one of those tribes would be unexspected. that could be demons/spirits/snakes
And let's just say for a possible tribe I heard from somebody a while back wizards said they are interesting in making a colorless pre-built commander deck product. Do you know where I'm going with this?

a not known Titan(s) or someone/thing corrupted or a tribal support version of the 3 before all the events heck maybe even one that can use the devoid and flip Eldrazi (5-color)

I'm not saying you're wrong on any predictions, but there's no rule, real or implied, that slivers require evergreen keywords. Many don't, which I imagine you know. I, personally, would have a blast designing some slivers with keywords that would never make it onto slivers in a Standard set, and I could see Wizards feeling the same way. Dragons/angels(/demons) had their deck, just as elves did, and it's also getting reprinted in Commander Anthology. I'd argue that Sliver Legion and Sliver Queen are completely inferior and unnecessary compared to Sliver Overlord and Sliver Hivelord. It'd pretty easy for them just to print a 3rd commander, like they always did before last year (because they had to last year). Other WUBRG creature types (like elementals) would require Karona, False God (well, except an avatar deck, lol). The biggest hit against slivers, I think, is how the old affect all slivers, and the new only affect your own. I could see them not wanting to mix them together. ...But maybe they wouldn't. Shrug.
As for colorless eldrazi, there's no need to mix myr, and I don't see why they would. I have a colorless eldrazi deck (it has no other creature types), it doesn't even include all of the ones that have been printed (it's missing quite a few, actually), and it does just fine. Eldrazi/myr would be really weird.
Mixing two tribes together makes a deck not feel tribal anyway. Lots of decks would unintentionally be "tribal" if that's what it meant.

For slivers true not neccesary evergreen abilitys but I just felt they run out of ideas for abilities
As for kaalia deck getting reprinted as well which I know about, nice try that's not a tribal deck the main commander is not even those types it just supports them and tribal decks are mostly focused on just one tribe there's sometimes a subtype for tribes. And plus I think they would morely want one of those tribes in one deck supporting its own type only.
Leaders of slivers I guess that's true hivelord and overlord alonemis all we need. (your close to convincing me back on the sliver boat.)
True about WUBRG but just one pointer you realize elementals got one right horde of notion
At first I diden't think Eldrazi was possible but a few factors got pointed at me from a few people at me that got me a change of heart
one person here told me a while back wizards said they're interesting in making a pre-built colorless commander product and this a oppurtunity to try it since this is for once not color focused
your "would be really weird" exactly that's why they fit in the unexspected tribal slot catergory
at first I thought the Eldrazi did not have enough love from the whole BFZ/EMN stories but I've been tolds there is still quite a bit of love for them
Eldrazi are In The catergory of popular and interesting
I'm not saying colorless is going to happen I'm just saying it's a speculation I'm not expected a colorless deck either.
My predictions are this excluding colorless
WUBRG: dragon/angel/sliver
The unexspected tribe: demon(alone)/spirits/werewolf(due to wizards not wanting DFC in these stated by maro)/snake
Could take the other 2: zombie(unless HoD makes a new zombie tribal support commander)/goblin/knight,warrior,human/merfolk
But really I understand your saying That I'm not wrong and also it's just a opinion not a fact.
And the colorless deck. Wow even without Solemn Simulacrum how many out of 34 eldrazis are in it? (Excluded the emerge eldrazis and old Emrakul.) Might look at it for my deck for possible changes.
I do like the idea of giving each deck two tribes to focus on, provided there's enough overlap that supporting both tribes simultaneously is practical. UB Zombies & Wizards are the first pair that come to my mind as you have plenty of good options for those (Dralnu, Lich Lord, Havengul Lich, Lich Lord of Unx).
RG Dragons & Shamans don't have nearly as much overlap, but they compliment each other well (Shamans being cheaper on average and good at ramp, Dragons being bigger and thus better beatsticks and good mana sinks). Early game you'll play Shamans to provide mana ramp and maybe some removal, then later start dropping Dragons to close out the game.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
They should bring back some Partner mechanics for these decks to both increase the spread of possible color combinations and also allow for more varied creature types (especially in terms of jobs) in the individual decks.
My issue with putting Partner in this product is that we won't get an even cycle like we did in C16. If we were getting five decks, then I'd be all for it (shoot, I'd love two ten-card cycles of tribal Partners, one for race and another for class). But as it is now certain color combinations would be getting more support than others.

Cool.
Oh ingesters are not colorless so you made a 5-color version with karona then? (Devotion wise excluding devoid)
Getting an Eldrazi deck would be pretty cool. Maybe one new 5 color legendary titan with Devoid so you can play any Eldrazi at all (Devoid, Emerge, Original Recipe) and then maybe 2 new 3 color legendary titans - 1 a shard and 1 a wedge. I wouldn't care which combos they used as long as neither has U and G. The best commander color combination doesn't need more legendaries.

Be cool to see one "lord commander" (Kaseto, Orochi Archmage, Horde of Notions, Sliver Legion) and one "build-around-me commander" (Doran, the Siege Tower, Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas, The Gitrog Monster) who happens be the creature type and plays well with them. That way you have your tribal commander and a commander who you can build a differ deck around.
