Dragon
Eldrazi (wizard said they are interesting in making a colorless pre-built commander deck a while ago.)
Snake or spirit or horror (the unexspected tribe) (jk on horror)
Zombie or human
Dragon tribal certainly sounds fun, but it will require support to make the theme work, mana ramp in particular. Yeah, you do have low-cost Dragons like Dragon Egg, Dragon Hatchling, and Slumbering Dragon, but the big, expensive Dragons are what a Dragon fan will want to play most. Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, and Utvara Hellkite are must-haves. The most likely color choices for such a deck are Monored (providing greater consistency) or RG (providing the best ramp), though Temur and Jund colors provide the greatest flexibility. In the case of monored, artifacts can be used for mana ramp (Fire Diamond, Ruby Medallion, and Gilded Lotus being highlights), which is in-keeping with Dragons being treasure hoarders (and provides a strong case for Hoarding Dragon and Hellkite Igniter). Sarkhan's Triumph is the prime Dragon tutor, though Imperial Hellkite and Dragonstorm are not to be overlooked.
I expect that one of the decks will be all about traditional weenie aggro, and no color does that better than white (though red and green are close seconds). Humans and Soldiers are distinct aggro tribes with years of support, and Cats and Knights also have potential thanks to token makers and tribal support like Nacatl War-Pride, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Knight Exemplar, and Kinsbaile Cavalier. Of these, Cats most want a multicolor identity, particularly a GW Legend to rep their two most significant colors, though I'm sure a Naya Cat legend would be received warmly as well. A GW Cat deck will have access to the trinity of lifegain, +1/+1 counters, and tokens, with a notable Equipment subtheme on the side.
A GW Human legend would satisfy fans who wanted to see one in either INN or SOI; Mikaeus, the Lunarch was technically the Humans' part of the Mythic Legend cycle that also includes Geist of Saint Traft, Grimgrin, Corpse-Born, and Olivia Voldaren, and Sigarda, Heron's Grace is a GW Legend that supports Human tribal, but neither of them really hit that GW Human Legend mark. A GW Human deck would share a lot of themes with Cats, but with additional ramp options thanks to Humans like Borderland Ranger and Avacyn's Pilgrim. There are also a decent number of Human-tribal Equipment in the Innistrad blocks that would fit handily into a Human deck. In comparison to Cats, a Human deck will focus less on lifegain and +1/+1 counters while keeping the token theme strong.
A control deck seems likely, and no tribe better reps that than Wizards. A Wizard deck would ideally be WUB, but just WU or UB could work too. The tricky part with Wizards is that each color of Wizard tends to want different things; white Wizards like lifegain, tapdown, and flicker effects, blue Wizards like instants and sorceries, and black Wizards tend to be necromancers with sacrifice and reanimation effects. WU Wizards would likely have a focus on ETB abilities, bounce, and flickering, while UB Wizards would really want co-tribal with Zombies as sac fodder and muscle (plus they frequently overlap quite handily). A WUB Wizards deck is going to have its hands full balancing the flickering shenanigans of WU Wizards with the graveyard shenanigans of UB Wizards.
So, we have three themes of fatty ramp, weenie aggro, and utility control that Tribes can handily play into. What I wonder is, what fourth archetype would work well with a tribal focus? I suppose Voltron Equipment would be another form of tribal that can work, but that would end up being a third aggro deck, not to mention that Voltron tends not to play well with tribal themes since it involves building up a single creature rather than many at once. Is there a tribe that plays well with combo? Mot combo decks end up being "I attack you with a squidload of creatures", "I cast a spell that reduces your life to 0", or "I empty your library". The first one already has representation in the form of weenie aggro, and the other two could both be control effects. So, maybe the fourth deck is a second control deck but with a different angle?

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I'm not saying that dragons are definitely in, but you're kidding yourself if you don't think they're the most likely tribe. People love dragons, and WotC knows it. Think about how often they shove dragons into settings where they don't fit. Plus, every year, the Commander decks have included at least one new dragon; this year's unlikely to be any different. Every time WotC prints dragons, they earn themselves the money of kitchen-table Timmies everywhere. I, for one, would be very surprised if WotC didn't take this opportunity to make a deck that's all about them durgons.
What? Horrors have no tribal support, no unifying mechanical theme, and no popular demand.
Even kavu have more tribal support. Even kor have more of a unifying theme. Even golems have more people clamoring for a deck for them. And none of those three are terribly likely. But they're still leagues more likely than horrors.

I know I just said horror for the fun of it (and the term unexspected)
Basicly snake and spirit is the best likely for the unexspected slot.
As for Predictions I am going with
Eldrazi
Angels
Zombies
Merfolk

Not quite none, you do have Awoken Horror that supports the tribal approach.
Mournful Zombie also wants to be in a WB Zombie deck...but it's not considered good by most any stretch.
At any rate, I'd sooner see Esper Spirits than Zombies. Although, a WUBRG Spirit deck lead by O-Kagachi would be a twist.
You're right; I'd not searched for mono-colored cards that have multi-color identity. So to be fair, Pontiff of Blight also belongs on the list.
I forgot Odunos River Trawler, but that one doesn't fit into Zombie tribal so well.

Being that this is WotC, and how they rejected almost all non-humanoid characters from taking the spotlight, I believe 2 of the decks will be humanoid tribes, and the last tribe will be the weirdos. It's important with this prediction making stuff to look through the public observations the company has made on the sets and decisions they have made, especially from Mark Rosewater
Vampires, Innistrad edition.
Innistrad is the most popular world, tied with Ravnica for 1st. The vampires of magic have many incarnations, but their depiction in Innistrad has been the most well received, causing them to bring back the tribal elements in Shadows over Innistrad. It also allows them to create Olivia, Lord of Innistrad.
Ninjas from Kamigawa
WotC considers Kamigawa to be a failure, but they often talk about the successes they took away from it. The flavor of the world was initially accepted upon release, then thoroughly rejected by the audience. Samurai, Spirits, Snakes, and many other mechanics ranged from lukewarm to indifference, but one that always stuck out from them was NINJAS. The ninjas of kamigawa are well beloved, but the tribe is hard to bring back into different worlds. Ninjas saw some love in a planechase deck, but not anywhere else. This is their best shot to come back.
Slivers
Slivers are popular. People loved them in Tempest. They were loved in Legions. They were loved in Time Spiral. They ****ing sucked in Magic 2014 and Magic 2015, due to the weird humanoid look that they were given. Many of the best slivers are from past sets, and the deck will be full WUBRG, and they will have the classic sliver look to please old fans. Mark Rosewater has gone on record stating that the humanoid sliver look was a massive mistake.
Myr
The myr need their true overlord. This is the colorless deck, and Eldrazi are currently unavailable as villains. Their have been tons of myr over all 3 Mirrodin sets, and it would be nice to see them in a true new phyrexian world.
Myr

And B you are aware Emrakul including Ulamog and Kozilek and corrupt things to there side and eldrazify them. One of them can be the general.

And C commander products have used characters already dead as commanders as well.

This is a bad idea. In all of Magic The Gathering, there are only 10 creatures with a Ninja sub-type. This means any Ninja deck that players would build would have the same creatures because of the lack of options. All Ninja decks would be homogeneous. Tribal decks, like all EDH decks should play up the singleton aspect of the format. If two people have Zombie decks, they are much more likely to be have variance because there are 383 Zombies. If we were to get a Zombie deck, players would be able to change and customize the deck to their liking while still keeping the theme and the spirit of the deck intact.
Myr
The myr need their true overlord. This is the colorless deck, and Eldrazi are currently unavailable as villains. Their have been tons of myr over all 3 Mirrodin sets, and it would be nice to see them in a true new phyrexian world.
I would love a Myr/Thopter/Artificedeck in U/R/x colors. Although, Breya is kind of a U/R artifact based commander already, and I feel like it's also a bit of a pipe dream too. Despite that, I think something dedicated would be nicer too. I feel like Breya is pretty "4 color good stuff possibly with infinite combos", so more variety would be nice. Plus, a tribe that doesn't win the game by putting out a bunch of creature type x and then shoving them into the red zone would be nice too.
Really though, I'd be happy if this product makes a popular tribe that wasn't really useable before into something half way decent. Werewolf/wolf tribal would be a good example, imo. If they've figured out the logistical issues with printing DFC in a supplemental product it might even be possible. Wizards would be cool too, since it might give us more and better multi-color options, and they'd be another tribe with a decent chance of not winning via creature beat down. The worst case scenario to me would be the opposite; Elves already has a ton of tribal support from the start of Magic as well as a lot of different commanders. IMO, Dragons and Zombies are popular and decently supported but I fully expect at least one (if not both) of them.
Zombies and Wizards are one of the best examples of how a dual-tribe deck could work. You have plenty of creatures that are both Zombies and Wizards, concentrated in UB, and plenty of Wizards that flavorfully and mechanically can make use of Zombies, like Doomed Necromancer and various Exploit creatures in Silumgar. We even have a good legend reprint candidate, Dralnu, Lich Lord, who could help push the deck toward reanimation spells and card draw like Altar's Reap and Vivisection. Innistrad offers a lot of support for UB Zombies and Wizards as well, Havengul Lich being a prime example.
Shamans and Dragons are another example, though less dynamic than Zombies and Wizards. We have a coupleShamans designed specifically to support Dragons, and plenty more that play well with them. Druids are the best known mana dorks and together with Scouts are the best at land ramp, but Shamans do offer some options for mana acceleration as well. The trouble is, Shaman tribal asks for a different approach than "ramp into stuff with a bunch of Shamans". Cards like Rage Forger and Lightning Crafter are what Shaman tribal wants to run, and while those can play alongside Dragons well enough, if two tribes aren't synergizing with one another, they're just competing for space in the same deck.

This is a cute idea, it would be neat if they made the decks modular so you could mix and match too. I don't expect either to be the case, or ultimately care (gimme singles!) but it would show that they're actually putting effort into these.
Basicly snake and spirit is the best likely for the unexspected slot.
Actually, the #1 most unexpected would be Werewolves, as WotC has said multiple times why DFC in supplemental sets is basically a nightmare. But Werewolves do have tribal support and a well-sized fan base. So it's possible the staff found a work around and the reason for one less deck is to save on the printing costs for one deck having dual-faced cards.
Second most likely is something colorless, as 5-color and 0-color have not yet been in Commander products. 5-color has many Commanders to choose from and almost any card printed is available for it, so it's a bit expected to "check the box", be it humans or dragons or allies or Slivers... but 0-color would be a challenge and this is one reason they would allow an imbalance on the color wheel. They need something that has tribal support since each deck averages only 14 new cards (Myr mostly does, but a lot of Golem support is colored), has enough of a fan base to sell (thopters did get a legendary, but there are what, like 5?), and will also get sales in the big box stores from new customers. So most likely for least-likely colorless? Eldrazi. We've got Titans, All is Dust, Eldrazi Conscription, etc.
I fully expect either Werewolves or Eldrazi for Commander this year, and hopefully both.

I give you one better for the colorless Eldrazi one.
Now I forgot the source of this but wizards said a while ago that they "would not mind" or "are interested" in making a pre-built colorless commander deck.
And incase they don't introduce new Titans or things they corrupted to their side it can be a third version of the known three but Have lord ability(s) for Eldrazi and have amazing cast triggers like last time.
And your right werewolfs would be unexspected tribe because they're not to many werewolfs
If they follow the trend with having multiple, often 3, commanders in a deck, then the colourless deck (if it is) could have all 3 daddy and mommy eldrazi. Artifact tribal could also be good as there are very few legendary artifact commanders who are colourless. (Karn.)
5 colour tribes is hard. Mostly in slivers and allies. There are only 2 other tribes that are in 5 colours. Humans, a bit boring, but I would like to see a 5 colour Knight Tribal. If they still do the partner mechanic they can have a 5 colour knight, and a 3 colour and 2 colour knight as the commanders. Would be awsome. Knights have a bit support, but not a lot.
The persons who keeps mentioning squirrels. Or Where wolfs, yes those could be cool. Squirrels is a bit narrow though.
Dragons could be awsome!
I hope they print a lot of cards that let you name different creature types. That means all tribes get a boost.
Merfolk, elves, zombies, goblins etc. These need no help, they arlready function, but they could benefit from generic tribal cards.

I have dyslexia, no I am not going to spell check for you, yes you have to live with the horrors of it.
Generic tribal-matters cards as good inclusions would be a great idea, yeah. Urza's Incubator, Coat of Arms, Cover of Darkness, etc could all be cool not only in the Precons but if people want to build their own tribal decks.
Hopefully with some nifty new partner cards, as I would like that to be a recurring mechanic in these sets.
The only one here I'm iffy on is Dragons, as the deck doesn't really need much to get out of hand for casual play.
If ANY of these guesses are correct, I really hope it's the Esper Zombies, as it would be a smart move with all the white zombies they are printing right now without a tribal home in EDH.
Maybe we'll get a 5 color god deck for god tribal. That would be unexpected. O-Kagachi would be cool too though, and I doubt they would do two big indestructible commanders in one release. Eldrazi might be out because they don't want the eldrazi to be too expensive. They've tried to be a bit toned down with the new cards.

So maybe we could get both.
This is going to sound ignorant on my part, but where did you hear that information?
Because, I am going to put my money on Squirrels, and I have my reasons as to why.

Esper Zombies
Jund Dragons
Naya Beasts
Bant Humans
Hopefully with some nifty new partner cards, as I would like that to be a recurring mechanic in these sets.
The only one here I'm iffy on is Dragons, as the deck doesn't really need much to get out of hand for casual play.
If ANY of these guesses are correct, I really hope it's the Esper Zombies, as it would be a smart move with all the white zombies they are printing right now without a tribal home in EDH.
