I guess my only fear with that is having too similar of a Commander. Nekusar is a great commander design wise, I run it myself, but he isn't exactly wizard tribal material imo

No not at all I'm saying is I expect draw theme to be there but not as focused.
Since grixis wizard is pretty much default since a ton of great multi-color wizards are mizzet colorsnekusar has a decent shot for reprint in this since it's not that exspensive and that drawing has ben the biggest thing done for wizards.
And the eminence will probably be something like "as long as "commander" is in the command zone or battlefield instant and sorcery spells cost 1 less."
And the eminence will probably be something like "as long as "commander" is in the command zone or battlefield instant and sorcery spells cost 1 less."
That seems excessive. Competitive EDH would eat that up. A discount on Dragons is fine, because they're expensive and/or bad. A discount on instants and sorceries would be a whole different matter.

As others have already pointed out, that is supremely busted.
It would make Oloro look like a slouch as a "noninteractive" commander.
I expect her eminence ability will grant some ability to (other?) wizards,
and I suspect her card itself might have some means of untapping your wizards since so many have tap abilities
("when ~ deals combat damage, untap each wizard you control" or something like that, allowing Aggravated Assault combos).

Agreed, some sort of Riku like copy ability that costs mana seem far less broken.
One of the biggest complaints about Oloro is that his proto-eminence ability leads to non-interactive gameplay. So I strongly suspect WotC will be careful this time. Notice how Ur-Dragon requires that you have creatures of a specific type in hand, and Arahbo requires that you have creatures of a specific type in play. In both cases, you have to be running creatures, and they don't do anything on their own just sitting in the command zone. I expect the other two eminence abilities to have similar restrictions.

Agreed.
One way they could do a cost reduction mechanic that sticks to this requirement
is "Wizard creatures you control have T: Instant and Sorcery spells you cast cost 1 less until end of turn."
That could work without being too busted.
It could also be a copy ability similar to Sigil Tracer,
or a similar ability using Counterspell or Redirect as a basis.

The first one... you realize there's a particular stuff that untaps stuff for almost nothing right? the best one yet is paradox engine
I think the on battlefield static will be something like redirect or copy sorcery/instant by tapping some wizards or maybe even the same thing as patron wizard

That ability would also add up way too fast just having multiple wizards out. Tap three untapped wizards to cast all Instants/Sorceries for 3 less for a whole turn? Ouch.
I'd think if they were going for "your wizards help you cast spells" it'd be something more like "Tap an untapped wizard you control: Add 1 to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to cast instant or sorcery spells."
What about an Eminence ability that makes your instants, sorceries, or possibly even noncreature spells in general cost 1 less to cast for each Wizard you control?
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I feel like we're not going to see a mana echoes reprint anytime soon outside of a masters set. It definitely is a degenerate commander card that seems like something they would avoid reprinting in sealed commander products.
sorry, was it confirmed anywhere that the fourth deck is grixis wizards or are we still in the realm of speculation?

I really hope that we don't get Nekusar and Jeleva in a Grixis Wizard deck... I mean, they were printed together in 2013, no? Given the Vampire deck, I expect Jeleva. I do not expect Nekusar.
Mechanics, if she is an Arcane Ritualist, Wizardconvoke sounds very very good. Also, Patron Wizard reprint would be outstanding.

Also that blue stuff has to be magic around her and not water
Second you notice the same cloaked dudes have there hands in the blue stuff likely they are making it or absorbing it.
Now as for grixis from the command zone twitter leak we already 90% two colors on her box is UB and going by above if wizard. There's no way they would be idoitic enough to exclude R from wizards because of izzet color combo UR
I mean would they throw away printing some of these amazing izzet wizards for wizard tribal
sorry, was it confirmed anywhere that the fourth deck is grixis wizards or are we still in the realm of speculation?
It's largely speculation right now. My own thoughts looking at the box art is that it is locked into UB with the possibility it may have a third color thrown in. I haven't seen further leaks or official information on it so I'm mostly letting this entire thing sit until we get confirmation. Right now we probably know more about Ixalan than we do commander 2017.

Less info on C17 is going to end this week or the next. Because a early reveal of the 4 eminence commanders is a real possiblity
A magic guy on twitter said the week after episode 8 of Hour of devastation which just happened. They are doing five prodcasts on C17 legendaries (the stories) not only that a sneak preview of ixalan's story.
Hmmmmmmmm... Snapcaster Mage, I really have a Feeling that it will show up.
That's way to exspensive for the wizard deck (well most likely wizard at this point)
Acceptable reprints is $13-16$ and under
True-Name Nemesis was way above $16 when Mind Seize was released back on 2013. You may never know, keep in mind that this year they will release only 4 Commander decks unlike the previous years with 5 decks with 30 to 35-ish rare/mythic rare. They MIGHT or there is a POSSIBILITY that they will increase the quality of rare/mythic rare on each of those decks given they will be releasing only 4 decks instead of 5 decks. But hey it's not bad to keep dreaming given this is just a speculation right?
To be honest Snapcaster mage is in need of one hell of a reprint as it is looking to be the blue tarmogoyf of MTG at the moment with it being mythic now. The real reprints I'm hoping to see are things like Runed Halo, which are mostly expensive because of lack of supply rather than strict demand. The same issue is happening with Master Transmuter, which I thankfully bought out of complete randomness a month prior to it's sudden surge in price. I can't say the same for Arcum Dagsson.
