Perhaps she gives your Rogues the ability to Nightveil Specter the top cards of your opponents' libraries, and lets you cast cards exiled with Rogues you control?
We might see a UB Faerie Rogue legend from Lorwyn that produces Faerie Rogue tokens much like Bitterblossom. We could also see Goblin Rogue tokens, especially if we get a UBR Rogue deck. Though Lorwyn cards would also require some Faerie and Goblin support then.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

1. Dodgy aggro creatures - Where Warriors are all "come at me bro" and Knights and Soldiers are "have at you, scoundrel", Rogues like to be sneaky and avoid direct combat. Coincidentally, Rogues tend to be worse at direct combat and reward you for directly connecting to the opponent.
2. Utility - If Aggro is where Rogues overlap with Warriors, then Utility is where they overlap with Wizards. Merfolk Looter and Rummaging Goblin exemplify this category. Stealing permanents, especially artifacts, is common here.
You also get intersting one-offs like Grenzo, Gundeon Warden. I think Rogues just need some pushing. Equipment bonuses would be a good start, as would be more interaction with artifacts in general. The Nightveil Specter lord I mentioned would give them a central strategy, of stealing and using your opponent's cards. Better yet, exile the cards face down so the opponent doesn't know exactly what you stole until it's too late.
And frankly, Wizards can be described as boring in turn. Most of that's going to be card draw and counterspells with the odd tap or bounce effect. Doesn't mean I'm against it, but frankly I feel neither class is more or less interesting than the other. I just wish they'd gotten a chance to appear in the same product together, perhaps alongside Warriors for that classic RPG feel.

Also if you look at the kneeling dudes; first has no beard, second has a beard, third has an identical beard, fourth has no beard. Almost like a mirror positioning. Our angle is different than the angle of the actions, so the mirrored aspect of it is not as apparent but it's there.
not quite. Second has a hair strip from lower lip to beard, third has no hair there.

Faeries is probably one of the last two. Based on a post on Maro's blog, faeries are coming back to magic in the near future. They aren't in Ixalan, and Dominaria isn't known for faeries. Black/Blue fits fine with the existing Commander decks - and its pretty much got to be that or in one of the Masters sets - though I don't think that Faeries are particularly iconic.

Esper could be Sphinxes. Maro is always talking about how they are trying to make Sphinx the iconic big blue creature type (to go with White Angels, Black Demons, and Red Dragons). We just got Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign that would be able to take advantage of having several Sphinxes in the same deck, and there are a few Esper Sphinxes already in Enigma Sphinx, Magister Sphinx, Sphinx of the Steel Wind, and of course Sharuum the Hegemon (among others).

I'm curious if we might see more Planeswalker Commanders. I wouldn't be surprised if we got a new Ajani in the cat deck that "Can be played as a Commander".
I would be a little more surprised if we got a new Sorin in the Vampire one.

Seems unlikely because there wasn't a leak of a dragon planeswalker commander and I wouldn't imagine them putting in new planeswalkers unless all decks had them.

Faeries can be a secondary tribe if the 4th one is UB rogues. Lots of faerie rogues
In all seriousness though outside of Zombies I can't think of a Tribe that has better representation in commander than Slivers does, because of that I never saw the need for a new Sliver commander deck.
I sympathize though, I was really hoping for Mardu Angels or Sultai Faeries so I feel your pain.

Absolutely this. If they don't have a massive restructure of what tribal rogue means, then this will be the most boring of the 4 imo.
Wizards in grixis because of the stupid "they will all not have white theory."
Cleric in esper due to the picture looks more fitting to that.
