That circle of men surrounding the woman its certainly ritualistic, and clerics are known for summoning demons in MtG. My money is on it being Esper clerics with a summon demon theme (some silent-blade oni action to bounce some new etb clerics), and they reprint Sanctum Prelate because that card is too silly to be so expensive.
Why Esper Clerics? I would think red has more to offer a Cleric deck than blue.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Why Esper Clerics? I would think red has more to offer a Cleric deck than blue.
Art direction suggests blue and not red.
True, but think of it from the designer's point of view: if they wanted to do cleric tribal for some reason, what would be the point of including blue? There's hardly any blue clerics, and most of them are from Amonkhet and very unlikely to be reprinted because they're so recent. If they were going to do clerics, they would have done just WB.

Red has more Shamans than Clerics. Clerics are sort of organized religion-ish, something that has a hierarchy with rules and positions. And if there's one thing Red hates, it's bureaucracy. Not that there aren't Red priests, but the Red mindset doesn't mesh well with what we associate with Clerics.
I'm not suggesting that it's red, I'm questioning the logic behind the idea that it's Cleric tribal. Why do Cleric tribal in Esper? How many blue Clerics does one really expect to include in that deck? If it's a Cleric deck, why not just make it WB? Esper to me means Wizard, so if it's WUB, then Wizards are the most likely candidate. Not like Clerics are the only tribe who know how to genuflect and show some respect down on one knee.

Total number of blue and blue/X Clerics: 23
Monoblue clerics: 14
- in Amonkhet block alone: 8
Multicolor (incl Blue) clerics: 9.
- Also black or white: all 9
All blue clerics fall in these categories:
- part of Amonkhet, a statistical anomaly and a result of a multicolored religious sect
- black/white clerics, with a splash of blue (like Sphinx' Revelation isn't blue lifegain)
- old cards that were Clerics somehow
- a single card in a set somewhere, again as a worshiper
Esper clerics could be, but blue would really play a small part.
Well cat tribal didn't have much support before Amonkhet (outside of equipment cats in mirrodin) then they printed Regal Caracal and Pride Sovereign, just in time for a Legendary Cat Lord in Commander 2017.
In the same logic you could say blue clerics didn't exist much before Amonkhet, now they've been introduced just in time for Commander 2017.
Too late for Commander 2017. Commander products can only go so recent. Cards printed the set before don't yet have the reprint demand that drives this product. And again, why would we want Cleric tribal in blue? What is it about Clerics that want to be blue? Green fits the spiritual/religious/supertitious nature of Clerics better. Yes, I know blue Clerics exist, on worlds with a heavy religious theme such as Theros or Amonkhet. But those are the exception to the rule. I don't recall hearing about demand for Esper Cleric decks. Esper Wizard decks have a lot more support, at least in the cards if not customer demand.

Taking a look to the image posted, the woman with circle of man behind, we can surely see an UB colored card. The light coming from up, seems from an hole in the ceiling, enlighten face of the woman seems add W to the color of the deck. Also considering purple in box they seems confirm a BUW deck.
Anyway I can confirm it's three color deck the last one
Orginal (zoomed)
The picture but marked (little off on the left side)
funny thing is when I look at the zoomed image I clearly see only two mana symbols. When I find the centerline for the box I clearly see the symbols on the left and right of that line and nothing directly under it. I am convinced that it is 2 colors. UB.

(U/B) is :symbu: or :symub: and the same is true for the other 9 hybrid symbols with their two colors in for the last 2 leters of the code. ((2/B) and co are :sym2b:)
Alternatively {UB} or {2B} in [mana] tags are (U/B) or (2/B) T is :symtap: and T will give T in [mana] tags

I think you're right.
Compare it to the image you posted of Eternal Bargain above.
The mana symbols on both take up roughly the middle 1/3 of the card "window".
Momir Vig, Simic Visionary
Melek, Izzet Paragon
Oona, Queen of the Fae
Bruna, Light of Alabaster
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
Rhys the Redeemed
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
Sen Triplets
The Mimeoplasm WUBRGSliver OverlordGRBUW WUBRGSliver Hivelord(Superfriends)GRBUW
After studying that image longer than I really should have,
I'm guessing the unknown deck is Grixis.
The mana symbols look way more like UBR to me than WUB.
That said, I can't really decide if it's more likely to be Wizards or Clerics.
I *really* want it to be Wizards,
but I can't deny Clerics are a possibility,
even though they'd be missing the mark a bit by omitting W.

If it's Grixis, then Wizards or Rogues are my top picks as either tribe can do well in that pair. If it's Esper, then my guess is Wizards as they're one of the few tribes that work in that trio, others being Merfolk and as of Amonkhet Zombies. Artificers too I suppose, but I'd rather Artificers get a RWU deck as Esper has plenty of artifact commanders already. At any rate, the art suggests it isn't any of those tribes.

The dress code looks alarmly simular to the picture
That's the unexspected tribe if that's the case.
The cult like worship of the woman in the center is so odd for rogue/assassin, but if it's Dimir colors then there are few other choices...except maybe shapeshifter? Those kneeling dudes seem a bit generic, like copies almost.

well she's certainly a legendary creature, so she could be some sort of "rogue guild leader" and they are just bowing in respect to her
as for the colours, Esper would mean that EVERY deck has white, i find that unlikely. Grixis? could be. but I'm quite convinced it's going to be simply UB

Also if you look at the kneeling dudes; first has no beard, second has a beard, third has an identical beard, fourth has no beard. Almost like a mirror positioning. Our angle is different than the angle of the actions, so the mirrored aspect of it is not as apparent but it's there.
