I don't know if there's an english version but translation fom italian sounds near "Hope is the last to die".
Misleading Artwork? Non complete artwork? The light in the artwork can be an ascention?
I'm going to hope in Angels as long as it possibile
I saved the image and used photoshop to select the colors located in the vicinity of her mana cost - all of the tones are variations of yellow, but some pixels lean more to Bluish-green when selected, darken to a darker yellow (Black) and lighten to what is presumably White. I looked up Oloro and the scheme matches: WUB in that order of color change. I am going to say she's Esper. Try it out.
That means 4 white decks, I think there is a better chance at Grixis Wizards than 4 white decks in the same commander.
Blue is the only obvious color in her scheme. She is at least that for sure. Black and White are more difficult to confirm because there isn't enough resolution to rule out glare or shadows. She's a Gold card, so at least Dimir. But for sure Blue+
I notice a tint of red at the end of the color. So I think it's grixis.
And avatars are considered projections just like Ur-dragon is concept and that's what avatars are considered
So if Edgar markov and who ever the lady is are concepts or whatever they will be avatars.
What if she is a Esper Human Cleric Wizard Avatar? They've done it before, and there are cards that care about both wizards and clerics at the same time:

So I finally saw a better zoomed picture than I was finding before, and it almost looked like the "human" one was four colored sans-green. I could be very wrong though.
Hopefully the Vampire deck doesn't go the Falkenrath route of caring too much about combat and they incorporate something else more along the lines of Olivia Voldaren/Dark Impostor/Malakir Bloodwitch effects.

"Legendary Creature - Human Cleric Avatar" is slightly shorter than say Sen Triplets, but much more doable.
But if you look at Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun's token, it'd simply add "legendary" in the text box due to the overwhelming long type (would've been Token Legendary Creature - Zombie Human Cleric), so I think it's possible to be a legendary Human Cleric Wizard Avatar, just add the legendary phrase in the text, even cut off the Human part of it.

i will be immensely shocked if the deck doesn't,t have those

May I get a link of that cleaner picture Of the deck box I think I can check for ya.
Given the art leaks I've seen, I'm pretty sure the deck is just Demir colored. The trouble is that if they try to make one deck three color, one deck two color, and then another five color, how exactly are they going to balance the land bases in those decks so that they all fight fairly against one another? Three color mana is pretty rough as the only budget options the deck designers have access to come into play tapped. They also got a cap on how many high value lands they can use like Reflecting Pool and mana confluence. Five color isn't actually that bad since the five color deck has access to green as a way to fish out what it needs, so it doesn't suffer nearly as much as an esper or grixis commander deck. Mardu is actually the cheapest color combo to run so they can probably get away with three color there.
Long story short, I think the last deck is UB due to the art and the trouble with balancing decks. However, I'm still skeptical on the deck balance, anyway, as they already have a five and a three color deck in the mix. The two color decks will definitely have the better consistency out of the box.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
I guess I'll throw my guess in the pot. 4 color humans for the last one. 2 color cats. 3 color vamps. 5 color dragons. What's missing? 4 color. I hope partners but I doubt it. 4 color humans with wizards, rogue, and cleric suptheme. Humans don't really have a solid multicolor legendary that cares about the tribe outside of new Sigarda (shes super vulnerable). Dont know where the hate for humans are coming from, they have some support but not much that cares over all about the tribe.
Why are people suddenly thinking the last deck in the blue and black box is more than two color?

I'm hoping vampires is a big Mardu "Death and Taxes" or an "Aristocrat" style deck. Lots of life gain and drain, taxing cards and "rattlesnake" cards to keep your opponents away from you, alongside reanimation and sacrifice effects. Meanwhile you raise an army of vampires and strip their life away! Also they definitely need to reprint Elixir of Immortality for this deck.
I'm gonna say the other deck is Grixis Wizards. If it is, I hope it's pretty unique. I imagine it will have a bunch of synergy with casting spells and activated abilities, but who really knows.

The funny thing is that I think us speculating on the message board are far closer to the bullseye than some of the youtubers who have been doing videos as of late. I can't remember who it was, but they still think the community is thinking fairies are a possibility. I think if wizards wants to make everyone happy they should have hooded faerie clerics that make zombie wizards and rogues. That way we literally can't be wrong on any of our speculations.
Edit: Well crap, I forgot spirits even with my avatar and my hopelessly out of date modern deck build...

Depending on how much the commander costs, I could see a lifedrain eminence effect (equal to the number of vampires you control) on the main vampire commander.
Tossing my hat in the ring for the "super-secret" 4th tribe: It's pretty obviously a Dimir aligned class tribe, and that leaves a couple of options:
Artificer (Not strictly Dimir-centric and not indicated by the art at all. Just bringing it up 'cuz I wish they were a supported tribe)
Cleric (Clerics would be either Orzhov or Esper, not Dimir. That said, the more I think about it, the more of a possibility it becomes)
Minion (The colors are about right and they certainly would be unexpected, but the question really is: why?)
Ninja (A fan favorite and frequently requested, but again, the art doesn't lean in that direction)
Rogue (My golden boy for this one)
Pirate (Ixalan supports it, but XLN pirates are in Grixis (and look like pirates), neither of which are indicated in the art)
Wizard (Plausible, but there would be better places to put it than Dimir)
Go one at a time to Elimitnate
Artificer: no way she looks nothing like artifact related
Minion: there's only 39 in excistance I doubt it.
Ninja: they are worse than minions only 10
Pirate: that would be great but two problems one she doesn't look pirate like and two we are getting a pirate support legend with the correct colors in ixalan.
Now for the correct
Cleric: if this is esper I know it cleric and they fit the theme for that
Wizard: if it's grixis it's wizards garateed and plus wizard do stuff like this in the picture
Rogue: yea another one they look like and that would fit unexspected if this happens. (If it's not cats)
Rogues and Wizards seem most plausible, yet the art doesn't seem very indicative of either. It looks like a cult gathering, but UB(R) clerics is just not something they're going to do.
Rogues seems likelier based on the art, especially if it's Dimir Rogues. How many of the Dimir cards portray someone smiling and generally enjoying themselves?

If she is Dimir, she definitely isn't Dimir if that makes sense, there is no guild symbol anywhere. Which leads to the obvious question, where is she from? Her outfit doesn't match any real established pattern from any known world as far as I can tell. I jumped the gun thinking there was some Nyx in the art, but the more I try to figure it out, the more confusing the picture gets.

Simply too long. Like longer than the typelines for Purphoros, God of the Forge and Sen Triplets long.

I see somebody forgot the most recent in this neheb, the eternal
It's possible she could do both but overall just one tribe.
