One strike against the Vampire deck being Mardu is that there are currently only six white Vampires in total, all WB. Even if some set were to, I dunno, introduce monowhite Vampires, it would be too late for them to make this product.
Granted you do have Sorin and some on-theme cards like Campaign of Vengeance to help, but even that constitutes a small part of the 99. If the Vampire deck is Mardu, white will without a doubt be the lowest-density color in the list. But at least you could look forward to running those theoretical monowhite Vampires alongside their BR kin.
First of all ixalan is bring ping white vampires to the table it's not going hit six anymore
Second of all the deck itself will have new white vampires.

inb4 Human sub-theme and he turns all humans into Vampires and gives them lifelink during combat or something. More flavor that way, but good idea.

That would be a flavor homerun, now I got my hopes up again
It would also provide all the vampires with sacrifice abilities some human token to eat. If I remember correctly it was the original purpose of the ritual, fighting against food shortage, by letting some feast on the blood of the many.

Well thank goodness I already knew about the leak and was making allusions to it, otherwise that would have been an unwelcome spoiler about a set still months away from preview. I've been avoiding the leak itself because I enjoy preview season and don't want the excitement ruined. I have a vague knowledge about what's coming in Ixalan already and would rather hold off on discussing it openly until closer to release. So for now, crazy things like monowhite Vampires and monogreen Merfolk are theoretical as far as my comments are concerned.
The fourth face card clearly looks UB, but whether Rogue or Wizard is hard to say. Rogues could use the support more than Wizards, but Wizards do have popularity.
One thing I like about the tribal theme is that they still have plenty left for future Commander products. I wouldn't mind some more cohesive themes in the future, like animals or classes.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I'm going to go with Clerics or Wizards for the last one.

But if you're going to engage in discussions about future products then your position is unreasonable. If you want to avoid the leak then you have to actually, ya know, avoid the leak. No one else is treating the leak a disease to be quarantined to a single thread and MTG spoilers are nothing like movie/TV spoilers.
I'll be surprised if the typeline is something like "Legendary Creature - Human Wizard Avatar" as WotC does not particuliarly like to do that outside of stuff like Theros god typeline "Legendary Enchantment Creature - God".
It also does not seem very nyx in the artwork for all four. Like the cat and the dragon have a similar "sparkling" going on around them, the vampire lacks it, the human has some of it. But neither of which is the sort of nyx look to them that we know of.
If it is actually Human tribal that would be the most unexpected tribe.

My only problem with human tribal, and please set me straight if I am wrong, is that Innistrad is the only block to my knowledge that actually cared specifically about humans, and was GW primarily for the tribal effects. Is there another block that cares about humans enough to mention them in the rules box? Other sets may have had humans, but they only cared about the second half of their type, ie. soldier, ally, etc.
Edit: Gatherer has 96 cards that mention human, and with the exception of sacrificing humans in black, or attacking humans get X in red, all of the things we associate with tribal abilities are indeed in GW. This lady doesn't look G or really even very white imo
I'm hoping the last one is Human Wizards. But the question is - what female wizard iconic enough to be an Avatar could serve as this deck's leader? Could be a new character. And what plane could she be from?
Until they go to Shadalar for real, I think Dominaria will be the best bet for slivers for sure, unless core set 2019 has some random ones. As much as I also wanted slivers, I figured they probably wouldn't go that route once the cat deck proved they weren't all 5 color sadly.
Frankly, I don't expect to see Slivers in Core 2019. If we see them in the foreseeable future it's probably in Dominaria.
And honestly, I don't know how I'd handle seeing more Shandalarian Slivers. I mean, Wizards has got to know how poorly they were received by us, right?
That is a major bummer. I suppose we'll see one next time they do tribal, makes sense to not have all the super popular tribes all at once.
Depends on what the lady is
2 out of five fit what they are looking for dragons and vampires.
And I feel guilty of falling into this but I let go of vampires theory but now it's correct
It was make vampires so they can strengthen either W or U and keep the usual BR
You def called Vamps and were right. I'm annoyed with it despite them having plenty of popular characters in need of cards. Eh, at least their fans can be happy like I was last year. These Vamps should have been in SOI/EMN instead of repeat characters getting a second round of cards and this deck should have been Angels instead IMO. But it is what it is.
Edgar has to be Mardu to play all Sorin cards in the deck. Not that I care. Unless the deck has cool Innistrad Humans it doesn't exist to me. If it's Rakdos I wouldn't take one for free.
Return sets being re-hashing is what annoys me. Main sets are held hostage by boring limited and draft designs and standard and creative delivers more of the same. Guess these decks are the only interesting thing in this game for Vorthos.
If it does turn out to be BW Clerics, I'm going to hope for a BW creature version of Yawgmoth during his early years, or B "God" version of Yawgmoth after he became the controlling force of Phyrexia.

Yawgmoth is a spirit/god from his wiki page.
If we do end up with a yawgmoth in this he better be indestructable.
If it were Yawgmoth he'd for sure be the cover card though. But here he is not.
Cleric human version yeah, but he can't be the face if his card is like Tiagrim and "off color" in the dragon deck, meaning he could show up as mono black maybe. Unless he makes or cares about clerics, like Tiagrim cares about dragons without being one, then it's definitely wishful thinking on my part
Sigh, no spirits or at least not the main theme. Surprise to see vampire, consider that we speculated that the decks would synergize with each other under dragon, cat, and spirit, but Innistrad has no lack of spirit either.
Now that I reflect on it a little more, would it be clerics? I don't think the vampire deck will have blue in it, and if it doesn't then the fourth deck will probably have some blue component to it. If it is Clerics, I doubt it will be straight W/B. I suppose it could also be Wizards; the way everyone was bowing to the lady in the picture made me think that it wasn't Wizards, but looking back through it all the pictures have the general surrounded by the creature of their type. They do look pretty magical, I suppose.
I would be incredibly surprised if those two decks aren't Mardu Vampires and Dimir Rogues. The only thing that gives me any pause is that that means that there are three aggro decks...but even then, it probably helps that they still play slightly differently; Cats are classic weenie aggro (and might end up with a tokens/anthems subtheme, given the colors of the deck), Vampires can go in an Aristocrats-y direction with some lifegain, and Rogues are all about evasion and saboteur effects. (And I guess it means it's easier for there to be some "generic tribal" cards that work in multiple decks - White cards for Cats and Vampires, Black cards for Vampires and Rogues.)
But for a slightly more outlandish prediction, based on the Dragon deck spoilers: while each deck will have the standard three legends that are in the right colors to command the precon as is, they'll also each have two new legends in a subset of their colors, a la Edric and co. from the first Commander precons. Wasitora and Taigam fill those slots for the Dragon deck, and then there'd be a mono-Green Cat, a mono-White Cat, a mono-Blue Rogue, a mono-Black Rogue, and...well, being tricolor makes the Vampire deck more variable.
I have...no clue who any of the Cat or Rogue legends would be, but my prediction for the "subset" Vampires are a Black/Red Anje Falkenrath (the Falkenrath seem even less like they'd have White than the other bloodlines, and her name-drop in Falkenrath Reaver's flavortext felt like a hint toward a future card, which didn't end up happening in EMN itself) and a mono-White Vamp from Ixalan (not a card that's going to be in XLN or RIX, but a card that's flavorfully set on the plane). Mono-Red and Black/White would also work, though...and that's assuming that the two bonus commanders combine to have all the colors of the deck the way Wasitora and Taigam do. And that's assuming that the bonus commanders are actually a cycle, which is hardly a given.
