What's that, you say? You are playing Mardu Vehicles, you say? It would certainly be a shame if I took away all your Heart of Kiran on turn 3 then all of your Gideons on turn 4 (or reverse those--planeswalker on 3 then vehicle on turn 4). Either way, at that point I almost feel sorry for you. Almost.

Just my luck I do that and I am just beat to death with the Veteran Motorists.
Comparing this art with the promo Archfiend, and they look almost the same, with slight difference to the golden horns on their skulls. Regarding the regular art and the two sets of 'horns,' I think those are just the spikes on the demon's neck, just exaggerated in the regular art. I'm interested in looking at the art descriptions for all three.
Bwahaha Liquimetal Coating naming your island... then BAM! No more islands for you sir!
...not how it works. That Island would be an artifact permanent, not an artifact card. That works with Splinter because it actually does target a permanent.
Its ok and Im sure it will help Mono Black decks in some formats. Yes there are other cards like Infinite Obliteration and Slaughter Games and a few others with that 3 or 4 for 1 ability. Now they just need to make a Mono Instant card that says its can target kill anything (even with protection like Etched Champion and Emrakul) including Artifacts and Enchantments and make that Cant Be Countered and only cast by Swamps and takes all copies away then Mono Black can rule the world

If you're dedicating 8 slots to reliably hating on two cards and can't even deal with those cards if they manage to hit play before you can remove them then I don't think your opponent will really need your pity.
These cards come around every few years, everyone goes bonkers because they will "totally shut down" X strategy, and then they fail to make much impact. Most strong decks have enough resilience that removing one or two pieces doesn't completely disrupt their plan, and with these you're wasting a card and a turn potentially doing absolutely nothing. It's only card advantage if you rip 2+ from your opponent's hand. You could whiff and hit nothing from hand while your opponent gets to continue putting pressure and has to only slightly change their game plan in response. If they play the card before you can cast this (and Heart of Kiran only costs 2, remember) then you're only setting yourself back to remove the others.
These cards are best when they are cheap to cast and versatile. This is neither.

Artwork, yes. Effect, I'm not sure.
edit: nm, OP lightning edited
These cards that don't impact the active board state tend to have less value, no?
Either way, the art is fantastic

That is why you have some 1/x chump-blockers. Or Flaying Tendrils.
Edit: Guess not. But will we get onather dragons in Amonkhet then?
Razaketh with The Chain Veil, maybe?

Archfiend has two sets of horns.
And that's not the Chain Veil.
It's the thing Lord of the Accursed is carrying, I do believe.

Have you guys not seen ArchFiend of Ifnir? It was like one of the first cards spoiled...
That's him.
And also this card is lame. The artwork is the only cool part about it.
I was hoping the last black card would be a reanimator or bring cards from your graveyard back to your hand card.

I didn't realize the promo art of the Archfiend looked so different.
