Neheb, the Worthy1BR Legendary Creature - Minotaur Warrior
First stike
Other Minotaurs you control have first strike.
As long as you're almost or truly hellbent,
Minotaurs you control get +2/+0.
Whenever Neheb deals combat damage to a player,
each player discards a card.
Finally, Theros's mistake is rectified and people can play Tribal Minotaur in EDH with a tribally relevant commander. Seems really good especially when you consider that your Minotaurs are likely to have Deathtouch (Felhide Petrifier) or Trample (Rageblood Shaman) and/or Haste (Kragma Warcaller) and this guy is likely to be cheap to cast (via Ragemonger). Seems like a fun commander deck or a fun casual deck.
In Standard this guy isn't awful. 2/2 First Strike Specter for 1RB is reasonable. "Hellbent: +2/+0 to him and your other Minotaurs" is gravy. Doesn't seem like there is a deck for him now but always in motion, the future is.

Sweet, a minotaur tribal commander that can't play Boros Reckoner because seriously screw the stupid hybrid mana rule.
A friend mentioned a Commander variant where you built decks in your Commander's color identity OR their (non-Human) Race Creature Type. Seemed like an interesting rule wrinkle. To be fair, they were trying to build their niece a Commander deck out of only Standard legal cards, so that is from where the rule came (trying to add the white / black vampires to her Olivia, Mobilized for War Commander deck).
This is a very good creature. 3-mana 4/2 with first strike that also forces both players to discard cards. And that is by himself. With minotaur buddies around I'm sure he would be very good with all those Theros minotaurs. Even an Anaba Ancestor would be helpful if you had a way to give each of them vigilance.
I think Ulrich taught them that tribal commanders should be tribally relevant to encourage building a tribal deck. Ulrich more or less just wants to keep flipping for value, which goes against what every werewolf except the hunter wants to do. Minotaurs already want you to dump your hand and attack, so this dude is nice.
