Funny enough, with the release of this set, this card still COULDN'T turn off delirium in those decks.
That's some failed graveyard hate if that was the goal. If it was combating embalm, zombies and the like? Success
Heh, this might be quite a good creature. If nothing else, an artifact bear, and might punish those who hoard embalms and aftermath cards in the grave...

Wish this was a Common for Pauper purposes. Oh well. Seems like we will be seeing more Embalm and Aftermath than I expected if letting you keep two cards with graveyard abilities isn't enough to warrant common rarity.
On the other hand I think this is the first colorless bear, let alone with upside. Should be a hot pick
This is pretty weak GY hate, right? Does nothing for Scrapheap Scrounger, and could very well nerf on Delirium decks considering artifact creatures, etc. I don't know...

Lol. And these cats don't even stop delirium due to aftermath cards counting as instant and sorcery in the grave! One artifact creature and one aftermath is all you need for delirium now and you could keep both. Now playing this card IN delirium might have it's merits...

I think that when the cats are gone people can enter the areas they protect and pilfer and loot them, leaving only a couple things left that they couldn't carry with them.
I guess you activate it in response to embalm, so your opponent is left with only one card in the graveyard. I kinda wish it had embalm for the lol.
Exiling the card from the graveyard is part of Embalm's activation cost, so activating it in response doesn't really do a lot to hurt the opponent any more than activating it at any other time.
I do like the colorless bear. Weak GY hate is fine, and works good enough for EDH.

Or the cats just steal stuff and run away, leaving behind only a couple things they don't like for random reasons. This is much more cat-like than actually guarding anything...
Love me some graveyard NONHATE. Yes, you get to keep that large creature for Reanimating, or your Genesis, or wat you really want to Witness/Snap back, a Scrounger + a creature, the two most importand types for your delirium cards. AMAZING DESIGN /s

I concur--it won't kill delirium because they'll just leave Destined and Walking Ballista in the graveyard.
