Those Monuments are interesting, especially the White one for a "Go wide" strategy and the Black one for an Aristocrat deck. The fact that they are Legendary, however, will probably limit their playability outside of Limited.
That Channeler Initiate seems like a great mana dork design (for current Standard power level, I'm not talking about the days of Noble Hierarch or Birds of Paradise). You get a 0/1 Mana dork on turn 2, or kill one of your other creatures, and get a 3/4 for 2 at a latter point in the game.
So, the flavor text from the monuments tells us what Bolas's grand plan is. Make an undead army and use Tezzeret's Planar Bridge component to bring them from plane to plane to build an empire.

Monuments are kinda interesting.
If this is all the set has to offer though, I'm severely disappointed. Nothing interesting today, at least not from the Mothership.
Either they're holding onto something big for the middle of the week, or they didn't do a good job picking spoilers that'll actually be interesting.
