Countering spells is not interaction. It's not working around things. It's preventing them from ever happening.
It's no wonder wizards is cutting down on those things. Besides, why are you complaining? You are the primary card draw color! You have the option to get more options more than the rest of us do!
Black gets you cards in exchange for life. Green gets you cards for creatures you play or have. Red gets you cards in exchange for other cards. White gets you cards for playing specific things. Blue gets you cards with no drawback. So I have to disagree with you.
Blue has one remotely playable draw spell. The drawback is mana cost and inefficiency.
Serum Visions is in 6th place. I don't know what more you want.
Besides, that place only shows, what, part of the American meta?
There's no source for the data, no other data to compare it with. All it says is numbers without context.
I could say that the top 10 spells in modern are blue, and you would have no way to verify this claim.
But let's go with unfathomable, Lovecraft's favorite cop out.
You do realize that this and other sites do actually go out and gather this data from published sources of events/mtgo?
I do not trust your opinion, considering its so outside the accepted reality and really do feel this is just feigned ignorance, for the sake of trolling.
What is it with Magic and funky Cat creatures lately? Tarkir had Rakshasa (Cat Demons), Kaladesh had Bandar (Cat Monkeys), and now Amonkhet has Serpopards (Cat Snakes). Not to mention the return of Felidar (Cat Beasts) in Zendikar and Kaladesh. Is this building to some sort of Cat tribal thing, or is it just "to make weird fantasy creatures, just add Cat"?
On Tarkir, it actually made sense. Rakshasa are an actual type of Hindu demon, and they do have some interesting lore.
I do like Serpopard, but counterspells generally suck in Standard right now. They're better in Modern, but you're really going into some eternal formats for their true infamy.
I think it's interesting that Wizards is trying to bring back "cycling as cantrips" (as seen on the decree cycle and cards like Krosan Trusker. That said, lifegain instants need to be one or t'other (or some other added value) in order to see play, and I would consider Renewed Faith for a late pick (albeit one I would almost always cycle).

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Counterspells in Standard suck only because no one is playing them. Right now, the two main decks are still Four-Color Saheeli/Copycat and Mardu Vehicles; in those two deck archetypes, the vast majority of the creatures used have a cmc <= 4 and are thus vulnerable to Horribly Awry. Even if they manage to get to the point where they are ready to cast Archangel Avacyn, Verdurous Gearhulk, or Ishkanah you can rely on Unsubstantiate (provided you aren't using some other counterspell like Spell Shrivel). The only archetype even trying to counter things right now, though, is Temur Tower, and even there they are probably only using two each Void Shatter, Disallow, and Negate despite the fact that Baral makes those spells cheaper and lets you loot when you use them.

Context indeed.
