The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
I think the real story is Mist Raven at common. It never shined in AVR limited because, well, nothing did. AVR limited was awful. Even with a little support, this thing is gonna be good.

Actually, RxPhantom, Mist Raven was one of the reasons AVR was so bad of a limited format. It, at common, along with Druid's Familiar at uncommon, were the two most toxic cards for limited. Mist Raven was an evasive flyer that provided you way more tempo than it should have at common, because you could bounce paired Soulbound creatures or large bomb rares (then just swing to win the game with your 4/4 Druid's Familiar). Druid's Familiar was toxic because it made your creatures bigger than your opponent's, period; that's why Avacyn and Wolfir Silverheart were some of the best rare/mythic bombs: they were just big.
Overall, I am excited to get to play with my Raven again! Momentary Blink was not unexpected because of the UW flash archetype.

I'd say Angelic Wall at common helped. They just slowed the game down so much leading to cluttered boards where no one can attack.

Yeah Angelic Wall and Seraph of Dawn definitely clogged the game too, and meanwhile all the removal was universally awful at dealing with most of the threatening cards. Such a miserable prerelease and limited environment.

Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
That thing is in a duel deck already somewhere? HOW DID I NOT KNOW THIS.
At any rate, all the foils are mine!

I too can't wait for a foil version of that beautiful sunset.
White-blue looks nuts in draft now. I can't wait to see the kind of power they throw behind the other archetypes.
