Arkham, the 1920's. Investigators battle horrors from beyond time and space, risking life and sanity while conspiracies of cultists and malign servitors seek gateways for their outer gods to return...

UR Thopters is already a thing. I have been having recent relative success with it splashing W for Eldrazi Displacer and Consulate Surveillance. I can generate sufficient E per turn to prevent damage until the Whirler Virtuoso + Panharmonicon + Decoction Module combo gets assembled, after which the Thopters will attack for lethal on my next turn.
My favorite part of the card design-wise is that the first one helps cast all subsequent versions of itself by effectively ramping it out. With 3/4 artifacts in play and 4/5 lands, you could chain two of these together. Can't say that about most 5-drops.

(Yes I know it says dissident but that doesn't fit the crunch)
Well, I guess it fits. The oppressed(uncommons) revolting and usurping the oppressors(mythic rares). Or something like that.
Many thanks to DNC at Heroes of the Plane Studios

Yet another amazing uncommon
And plus another Panharmonicon target
Breya.
Great for improvise decks
This exact thought crossed my mind the other day and I wasn't sure where to start the discussion.
I would absolutely love it if Wizards said that the reasons the commons and uncommons are so powerful was for that exact reason.

This discussion actually makes me sad that there are rares with revolt. How cool would it have been if only the (un)common(er)s were revolting?
