Wow, this looks really powerful, pretty much any dork you have on the board can crew it to get an impressive blocker in the 3rd turn, and when it starts attacking it can easily turn a game in your favor by itself, excellent for Limited and I believe it deserves a try in Standard Vehicle decks, I think it'll turn out to be better than Renegade Freighter because of the evasion and cheap crew cost, to say nothing of the lifelink option.
This one giant middle finger to smuggler's copter.

If MTG is a part of your life, the formats are like relationships:
Standard/Block = The on-again, off-again holiday fling
Modern/Vintage/Legacy = Stable, homely. A ***** after absence/misreading
Limited/Sealed = Heart breaking free spirit
Commander/Cube = Agreeable, needy and expensive
Pauper/Peasant = Sweet, kind, practical, but shy and boring
This one giant middle finger to smuggler's copter.
Smuggler's Copter? No problem! We simply unleash wave after wave of Aethersphere Harvesters. They'll wipe out the copters.
And don't worry, we're prepared for the Harvesters, we've lined up a fabulous type of artifact creature - construct ape next block that thrives on killing 3/5 flying harvesters
And the beautiful part is, when wintertime rolls around, the apes simply rotate out
I also approve of the art and flavor of this card. Awesome rare A+

The true mind can weather all the lies and illusions without being lost. The true heart can tough the poison of hatred without being harmed. Since beginning-less time, darkness thrives in the void but always yields to purifying light.
I invision a future where one is not mighty when he can silence a crowd with brutality,
but when he leaves them speechless with wisdom.
The only downsides to this card are Disenchant, Fragmentize, Shatter, Abrupt Decay, Plummet, and so on and so forth. It is still over-the-top excellent and I am still going to jam 4 of these so that I can maximize the likelihood that I have on on the battlefield on turn 3, just like my opponent is likely to do.
Yeesh. Crew 1 makes this nuts for both offensive and defensive purposes, and free lifelink just makes it scarier in a race.
I get the feeling that the next time we see vehicles, they're going to be toned WAY down and many people, particularly here, will whine incessantly about how bad they are now, completely forgetting how much whining they did about Copter/Heart of Kiran/this. Source: was around to hear everyone ***** about every non-Jitte piece of Equipment in every set between Champions and Scars.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
You would rely on Peacekeeper Colossus to do all the work? What if you don't draw it?
Further, Colossus is 3 mana do-nothing by itself, it can't animate itself, then you have to pay 2 mana for every vehicle every turn (not really efficient since vehicles also cost mana).
I am not seeing any reliability.
Consider that you only need so many Vehicles online at one time (A tag-team of Smuggler's Copter and Heart of Kiran can KO a single opponent in three swings) and that two Colossi can animate each other (so you can swing for 12 on 2WW). Thus you want to run a full set of the Colossi.
It's true that having regular creatures on the field does make for the most reliable Vehicle deck, but thanks to the Colossus, Siege Modification, and Tezzeret's Touch, it's no longer absolutely necessary to run a lot of creatures with your Vehicles.

Two Colossi animating each other and attacking costs 10 mana total and you can only attack once before paying another 2WW.
And it can't be early game either because casting them on turn 3 and 4 is giving free reins to the opponent to do anything they want.
Modification and Touch are Auras in a Reflector Mage world and, other than Bogle.dec in Modern, they are usually not worth it.
If my opponent kept a complete c**p hand like 6 lands and Grasp of Darkness, my creatureless Colossus/Auras deck will not do any damage for many turns.
I would rather play Copter/Heart/Harvester deck with Inspector, Motorist and Depala for added speed, card selection and card draw.

Aethersphere Harvester 3

When Aethersphere Harvester enters the battlefield, you get EE (two energy counters.)
Pay E: Aethersphere Harester gains lifelink until end of turn.

I bet lots we will see that article, but as a mad power gamer I'm happy to see some insanity in Standard for a change
I know it isn't but this is set a standard powerful as new phyrexia at this point.

Peacekeeper Colossus allows you to play a creatureless Vehicle deck reliably.
