Treasure Keeper - 4 (Uncommon)
Artifact Creature - Construct
When ~ dies, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card with converted mana cost 3 or less. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Put all cards not cast this way on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Momir Vig, Simic Visionary
Melek, Izzet Paragon
Oona, Queen of the Fae
Bruna, Light of Alabaster
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
Rhys the Redeemed
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
Sen Triplets
The Mimeoplasm WUBRGSliver OverlordGRBUW WUBRGSliver Hivelord(Superfriends)GRBUW
It costs 1 more (but with no C requirement) but can hit the likes of Hypergenesis too.
It's essentially Cascade on a death trigger instead of cast trigger.
Not really that interactive with Yidris though, since you cast the card from the library and not the hand, so Cascade doesn't trigger. Unless you're talking about casting this with Cascade and then sacrificing it for another one, in which Maelstrom Nexus technically could do the same thing as well.
So basically, all it takes to make Cascade fair is to have the trigger happen on dying, rather than etb.
Initially, I didn't notice that it said 'died' and almost posted. "This is Cascade. It might not say it, but this is a colorless Bloodbraid Elf. Wizards have officially lost their minds."
This will absolutely see play. This guy and Krallenhorde Howler are gonna be the bestest of friends, I have no doubt.

It’s like the universe screams in your face, “Do you know what I am? How grand I am? How old I am? Can you even comprehend what I am? What are you, compared to me?” And when you know enough science, you can just smile up at the universe and reply, “Dude, I am you.”
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
Sheesh, what's with all these free spells? I thought Wizards was trying to avoid having free spells. Sure a death Cascade is a bit more fair, but this power creep looks insane now.
Yet another crazy effect from Aether Revolt(YACEFAR/JaceFar). This looks like cascade, but it has a downside of being when it dies rather than ETB. Still this should be exploitable with things like(as was suggested) Greater Gargadon in decks with cards like Restore Balance or Living End. Many commanders can also exploit this. Definitely seeing play.
Bloodbraid Elf in colorless with a downside. I like it, and I hate Wiz for banning BBE instead of Goyf.

Speaking of colorless Kozilek/Ulamog/Emrakul (new only) I edh now have a cascade In Their decks.
Seriously I'm almost convinced to get a booster box of the set just because almost all would be a good pull just like new phyrexia set.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
It's offical, Wizards has offically said %*#! it and started printing good cards again in uncommon and common rarity.
What's the worst that could happen? Attendance has bottomed out.
Any evidence to support that?
A standard event hasn't fired in my city in about three months now. Modern and Legacy are the only formats scraping by. Standard Showdown was a clear desperation move to get people to play Standard, but now they are finally addressing the real issues.
Can't wait for Bolas to Make Magic Great Again in Amonkhet.

This a million times.
And about time, I was getting sick of sets were the only playables are mythics/rares and 99% of the commons/uncommons are unplayable, underpowered, limited fodder, strictly worse versions of rares in the same set (this one pisses me off to no end, in the past they were extremely careful about not printing strictly worse cards in the same set, and nowadays? just take a look at THS, BFZ or SOI...). Bravo!

Confirmation Bias and anecdotal evidence m8
No one can disprove or prove anything because WoTC won't release official numbers, but the signs just keep rolling in and many of them have been boding poorly for standard while few have been boding well. The Standard Ship has very obviously not been sailing well the past year or two.

You can Get lot of good cheap stuff for colorless Eldrazi edh decks with this.

I stepped out of a supernova...and so did you.
Suspend Greater Gargadon, sacrifice everything except this guy to it, then sac this to it. Only 3 mana or less card in the deck is Restore Balance.
Obviously wouldn't work with the Borderpost package deck, but could definitely work with the other packages.
