Red only steals from blue huh. I guess wheel of fortune was stolen from windfall right? And stone rain was biting off sinkhole too. How about white having cheap artifact removal, or green and black having haste. Hate to brake it to some of you, but red was the the FIRST color to have others steal its abilities

Timetwister and wheel of fortune don't do the same thing. Timetwister and windfall don't do the same thing. Wheel of fortune and windfall however do do the same thing so that in fact is the exact same 'theft' as polymorph. Blue copying spells is direct theft of fork. Your correct about the others which is fine, because it doesn't disprove that blue actually stole from red first, not to mention all the artifacts matter red cards from alpha which blue really bit off of
This card begs to be broken in Modern and any older format where you only need to get 2 creature cards to create an infinite combo. This is Kiki Jiki twin with only 1 of each creature for the combo needed in the deck. This card can be an Emrakul on turn 2 in modern.
Wow, they shifted polymorph into red. And now red gets to destroy creatures right off. (Sure, Maro would claim this is not destruction...)
Well, I'm glad red gets to have combo cards that actually are not crazy random, flip coins. Instead it's random reveal cards.
Definitely has potential, except for that triple-red in the cost...
Now that I mention it, there seem to be an awful lot of color-heavy cards in the set. EDIT: could this be a setup for a return of devotion in Amonkhet?
Sometimes Wizards gives up Planar Gate, sometimes i really hate them. I get that not all rares and mythics will be any good, or that most are for draft or something. even when it is MOST it's fine. but I love to play red, and given that red is usually starved for mana outside of EDH and some combo, it kills me that every freaking set, red loses rare AND mythic slots to these stupid x-cost spells, and dragons, and other huge effects that can NEVER be playable after rotation in outside of a very small number of decks. 5+ mana in a red deck might as well read 'casual or cheat'. I am fine with some, blue gets whales and sphinxes, green gets hydras, but seriously, Chandra appears to have been largely hype, which means that no red rare or mythic has made a splash in Modern since Theros block. seriously, in the GOOD MM, we gota joke goblin, a couple storm cards, an x spell, a dragon, a giant or two....and Blood Moon. literally one red rare or mythic that gets played in the format it was sold for without it being 110% certain that if the deck it runs in gets good, it's gone
Knowing our track record I'm eagerly awaiting our next bulk mythic Phoenix overlord.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!

By your own definition, Wheel of Fortune and Windfall also don't do the same thing.
Is it just me, or are the mythics in this set REALLY BAD, especially value-wise. I mean Tezz and Ajani are the best in the set so far, and those are $15> at best lol. The rares and uncommon however, have looked insanely op. Just gonna throw off the ev of opening mythics, unfortunately.

Not really as we are speaking in the context of this new card stealing polymorph from blue, which was the whole gripe to begin with. This spell is not polymorph, but does the same thing under certain circumstances, which is exactly what windfall does in the same relation to wheel of fortune. I did not the define the context of the argument, so it is not my definition, I simply used the identical logic to point out that blue also steals abilities from red and that blue is not some martyr color, but rather, its gotten exactly the same treatment as the color he was complaining about
Theft gripes aside,
I will say this feels more "Red" to me than Divergent Transformations,
probably because it can turn a creature into an artifact or vice versa,
and that feels more "chaotic" than trading a creature for another creature.

This is going to be an oppressive deck. Play this in a deck that runs 1 emrakul, 1 ulamog, and other than that, clue production/token production but no creatures or artifacts. This could be an oppressive combo control deck. The deck can also use plenty of walkers, specifically chandra, who both stabilizes the board and then allows you to cast is with its difficult triple red cost. 13/13 flying trample, protection from instants, 10/10 indestructible and mill 20 on attack on turn 5. You've been warned, this is not jank, this is broken.

Alpha has:
Wheel of Fortune and Timetwister
Stone Rain and Sinkhole (and Ice Storm)
Shatter and Disenchant
All of those examples were printed in the very first Magic set,
so there is no theft going on there.
As for Haste,
I can't think of a single evergreen ability that is limited to a single color.

Many thanks to DNC at Heroes of the Plane Studios
Best case scenario is both Emrakul and Ulamog on Turn 4, albeit without the cast trigger.
Turn 2 Vessel of Volatility
Turn 3 Oath of Gideon
Turn 4 crack Vessel and Creativity for 2
Also, this won't miss cos you will only have 2 creatures/artifacts while Marvel can miss.
