Quite a good one, IMO. Voices for Chandra and Tezzeret included. Also starring: Heart of Kiran, Rishkar, Peacekeeper Colossus (for some time, at least)

edit: I also never understand who there audience is for this stuff. Casual players don't watch this stuff and enfranchised players don't care.
You sure have a good proof of this statement, right? Or are you just presenting your assumptions as facts?
Just FYI, there are people who enjoy it. Not that we cannot live without it, but bashing it and laughing is, well, childish in my eyes.
What is interesting - compared to other trailers, this one uses less "animated" card art and more of specific art created for this trailer, especially when compared to the Kaladesh one.

You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
Very cringey from start to finish. Tezzeret is as scary as a henchman from a Schwarzenegger movie from 1984. There is just no way Chandra should sound so resolute and determined, given how she appears in the story articles. Beautiful graphics, though.

In the story, Chandra did have some doubt she could be a leader, but it's not without precedent in both literary or real history that people rise to the occasion.
I think many watch these trailers for the new art, or are new players looking for a basic summary of the story. I do not get the hostility over this one, the scripts have always sounded like they were written by one guy in 5 minutes. If you want actual decent story, read the articles.
Oh gosh I feel old now. This feels so.... Silly, not sure what the word is but really it feels like the characters are blown up like they do for children.
The story articles are the same way. But the story is "doing better than ever" according to Maro, so there's no change in sight.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

It's not Kubrick, but well, have you expected it to be?

Also Chandra is pronounced with the CH sound like chair, rather than parachute. I've been using the later forever.
Wouldn't she be older by now? Or does MTG not follow real time.

Modern: Decks I'm playing right now:
G Mono Green Tron (34-10-3 paper record, only SCG/Regionals/PPTQ record)
C Eldrazi Tron (9-5)
UG Infect
RW Burn
Probably one of the worst they've ever done.
Meanwhile the Kaladesh trailer was good.

10/10, I tapped.
You think? My biggest problem with it was that it didn't set up any conflict, everything was happy and peaceful

I expect the same quality from the inevitable MTG film.
Can't wait.
