For the great Miss Y!
May not be a tourney-strength card, but the kitchen table loves it! I won't write it off yet. I'll be using it my red/white vehicles. My dwarfs will crew this guy, while the other vehicles get animated by him.
Two of these can crew each other so there's that. I really don't see why it can't crew itself. 6/6 for 3 with pseudo upkeep of 1W seems pretty fair for it not having trample/haste/etc.
Massive bomb rare in limited, but crew 4 over 3 is backbreaker in constructed. Lack of evasion is harsh too. EDH might like it for vehicle theme decks, assuming AER brings the total number of them up enough to support the theme.
Don't forget that this by itself shuts off sorcery speed removal against the vehicle deck. Against a control deck you no longer need to keep a creature in the battlefield to continue attacking. That's pretty big when a valid strategy up to this point was push them into top deck mode and answer just half the deck while you stabilize.
Also drawing the wrong half of your deck, "all vehicles with no creatures" scenario, has a valid play and keep option to help mulligans. Crewing something like cultivators caravan for 1W is quite good on some board states.
Is it something as powerful as emrakul? No. is it potentially playable? Yes. Even in a constructed environment I can see this as a 2 of maybe.

If it could crew itself it'd be too good. Come on 6/6 for 3 colorless mana that can attack/block for 1W? I know creatures are supposed to be better than spells now-a-days, but goddamn man. This thing would see play in any Wx deck pretty much. (Yes, I'm aware that 5/5 Behemoth thing never saw play, but this dodges sorcery speed removal and has 1 more P/T and is pretty much white instead of red)
In Constructed I'd rather play Cultivator's Caravan[/card] unless a really dedicated Vehicle deck exists. In limited though... Holy crap this is insane. Crew 4 was prohibitive in Kaladesh (see Aradara Express), but even if crewing this got harder in Aether Revolt, it seems good enough at breaking board stalls and generating tempo that I don't think it would matter, especially since it's not completely useless even without the crew ability.
Nice. Can't wait to see an janky vehicles EDH brew with this.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Crew 4 is trivial, even in Constructed. Turn 1 Inventor's Apprentice, Turn 2 Lupine Prototype or another Inventor's Apprentice, Turn 3 Peacekeeper Colossus. Yes, it is a shame it doesn't have reach or menace or trample but it is still a 6/6 blocker on turn 3 then attacker on turn 4. Speaking of turn 4, if you cast a second one then the first one's ability can make sure the second one is able to defend for only W1. Perfect for RW Vehicles--you can now ditch the B and leave that halfway useless Scrapheap Scrounger behind.

I really should have trample or something tbh.
P1P1 is probably why if I had to guess.
We will rebuild.
