We have spoilers (which seems really early for a January release) but Wizards said they were going to show some card through December.
Projected Rarity Breakdown
23/70 Common 28/60 Uncommon 42/42 Rare 12/12 Mythic Numbers based on OGW, which had same number of cards
Guide: Bold with link: Officially confirmed English card at that number. Italics with link: Unconfirmed English card at that number. (Leaks) Bold, no link: Confirmed card at that number, awaiting English name and/or image. Italics, no link: Card known to exist, but number unknown.
Aren't we as per usual expecting a 10 card multicolor uncommon cycle in addition to any multicolor mythics/rares? Or does that only apply for the big sets?

It would seem hit or miss on whether or not Wizards does that, Havrekjex. It was done in both BFZ and OGW, yet not in SOI or EMN. While Kaladesh did I feel Aether Revolt might not unless we get fewer artifacts in this set (which is a possibility given the focus is more on Consulate vs Rebels, not Inventor's Fair). That said the numbers are a guess and will adjusted as needed, though I feel fairly confident about the spread of the mono-color cards given Ajani's 127 card number.

Could not agree more about the mono-color slots, there are definitely 25 of each.
I also think 7 slots for the PW decks is a mistake. It's likely to be 8, distributed between 2 PWs, 2 taplands, 2 tutor cards and 2 "if you control PW" cards. They might mix this up, but an odd number definitely seems off... unless one of the new cards is a colorless card that's in both decks or something like that.

That was just me being lazy. Had I thought about it I would have added a slot after Expanse to make it even

Ok so I'm assuming Monday we are getting mor numbers to crunch
Why would you think that?
I believe I heard something from wizards about threw out December we will see Aether revolt cards.
Am I wrong?
I think what we have seen so far are the ones we are getting and then there will some some surprise 25th December as always
We only have one week of official previews so I'm expecting we might see one or two more. The first story card for sure, and maybe one other thing in a vid like heart of kiran. I'm leaning towards us getting the masterpiece set on Christmas.

The story today got my hopes up for Tezz to be revealed. He's always had a place in my heart (namely as first planeswalker I ever used) and I've been waiting for him to show up again

Possible, but you never know. A large number of people thought the rare escalate 'Collective' cards were going to be a cycle, but they weren't. Time will tell

I think it's the missing two that are most interesting here! Those have been confirmed by Blake Rasmussen to be unpreviwed Aether Revolt cards.
So we know that AER proper contains two artifacts (which have not been previewed yet), one of which has name falling inbetween "Ornithopter" and "Pithing Needle", and the other of which has name falling inbetween "Pithing Needle" and "Platinum Angel".

-The P letter make me think in Phyrexian or surely reprint of Planar Portal for the Rashmi "Stargate" portal
-Anyway the 2 "missed" surely is to give Magic Story repercussion.
P.S.: Planar Portal fits perfectly between Pithing and Platinum.
P.S.: Also any Phyrexian can get slot of Ornit-Pithing.
It's none of those
