Planeswalker deck Tezzeret...seems really good for what it is. SOURCE

+1 Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal an artifact card. Put that card into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
-3 Target opponent loses live equal to the number of artifacts you control.
-8 Gain control of all artifacts and creatures target opponent controls.

This basically says "+1: Search for Torrential Gearhulk and put it in your hand" for the UB control decks that are appearing in Standard. Do they need another 6 drop though? Time will tell... I quite like it. However, based on KLD, we got alternative versions of the Planeswalker decks in the main set. So... another version of Tezzeret incoming?
This one I could see myself running if I built the UB Summonings deck (which I am half tempted too). My biggest cause for concern is his high cost, but he does have strong starting loyalty and can ult in three turns, though it is not likely to happen.
Also, from the article: Tezzeret confirmed

I'm actually really happy with the design of this card. His abilities aren't really sustainable, but given the right deck he's playable. That's what these welfare walker should be. Though I'm a little confused as to why Tezzeret is stealing creatures....
This guys is great for a PW deck walker. I thought they would soft-pedal it more. gain control of all opponents creatures is not shabby considering. I also think the regular abilities could be great. Assuming the set version will be improved at every level I am really excited.
wow, that's by far the most interesting planeswalker deck planeswalker till now, it actually gets things done outside of the planeswalker decks (i play edh)!
Also, his moniker makes me think of the X-men beat-em-up arcade game, and how Magneto referred to himself as the "Master of Magnets".
"Gatewatch! Welcome to die!"
His first and second ability are totally incorrect for eachother. To abuse the first ability, you need to run as little artifacts as possible.
Offers a unique outlet for fabricate to have a better finisher. marrionette master and this could offer some casual lols, and isn't that ultimately the target audience for this product? To provide a suitable product to bridge the gap betweeen constructed products and constructed decks.
Sweet Jesus, WOTC. YES. This guy is not going to be a standard behemoth but for what he is, his abilities are fun, interesting and compelling. I was afraid all of the PW Deck 'walkers were going to be Chandra, Pyrogeniuses *shudders*
I can definitely see this guy being played in artifact based EDH decks, since his +1 not only digs for what you want, but his -3 could immediately take someone out of the game. And I might even see myself making a super jank FNM deck that does the same with a bunch of clues and servo tokens.
See, Wizards? These walkers don't have to be completely terrible, they just have to be not great for standard, which means they can still be cool elsewhere.

The control player in me is salivating over the thought of T4 Glimmer into T5 Fumigate into T6 Tezz getting a Gearhulk. This is probably a little more powerful than most of the PW deck cards will be, but it would definitely be nice if some of them were borderline playable in Standard (not to the point that people are just gonna buy out the decks though since that kinda defeats the purpose of the product).
If you're only running a Gearhulk how is this better than Diabolic Tutor (reprinted and standard legal)? I mean I guess it leaves a walker on the board which allows you to keep +1'ing but ultimately is that ability enough to justify an additional 6 drop?
I feel with all the card draw already going on in standard it's unnecessary to pay 6 mana to tutor your next turns spell. Or you could just play Jeskai with the gearhulk and play Nahiri (which is probably just better).
This does give an ultimate that works nicely with clues though.

Yes, Deepglow Skate and Rings of Brighthearth!
I agree, and with the way his hands are positioned it shouldn't be too difficult.

$40-$50?

You obvisiously run Mycosynth Lattice as you are supposed to ;P

Also happy to see him NOT white.
But I would not be surprised in the slightest if Aether revolt tezzert is better than this though.
And you know which commander and take this tezzert Breya, Etherium Shaper
