Civic Saber's bigger brother. I like it, will definitely be replacing the Saber in my Cromat deck.

So, white can now tutor for Grand Abolisher. This seems really potent. I'm trying to figure out how big of a deal it is that people can still activate abilities.

I guess the one thing this does is it stops almost all countermagic, so it'll see play among certain communities for that alone.
