Not thrilled with Wizards pushing a group hug deck though, moreso than Zedruu was, because group hug is cancer and not a playstyle that should be encouraged.
Dude, Zedruu was not group hug. At all. I mean, I guess you could stick her in a group hug deck, but her ability is far better for passing off stuff like moat and the tabernacle at pendrell vale and gross stax pieces who's controller doesn't matter, then grind the board to a standstill while you draw a million cards and gain a million life, and eventually hit your wincon. Maybe occasionally you give away something "real" as a political move but that's generally not the intended use of the commander.
By a different token, phelddagrif (who also gets that label) isn't group hug either because you can control where the hugs are going, or stop using them entirely. Political =/= group hug.
I'd consider edric, spymaster of trest to be more "huggy" than either zedruu or phelddagrif, because you give your opponents resources without any ability to turn it off if someone starts getting out of hand. (Grat=nted, most edric decks are built to take significantly more advantage of him than his opponents, but in a vacuum at least he has the potential to kingmake someone else on accident (the biggest problem with group hug imo) which zedruu and phelddagrif do not.)
They released a deck description where they called it group hug. Also, we can pick apart enough of the card to know that at the end of your turn they let everyone play a land tapped. (And draws you an extra card)

I honestly thought the four colored commanders would be a lot different. So far it looks like they represent the colors they represent and don't represent the color they do not. The casting costs seem good on them as well considering 4 color fixing

They are designed around being the antithesis of the primary ideology of the excluded color.
White is about CONTROL so not white is about CHAOS and unpredictability.
Blue is about THOUGHT so not blue is about mindless AGRESSION.
Black is about SELF-INTEREST so not black is about ALTRUISM.
Red is about the NOW so not red is about GROWTH and the future.
Green is about the NATURAL so not green is about the ARTIFICIAL.
They aren't defined by hating that color, they are defined by being hated by that color, which makes for a more organic design.
So how does partner work then? I take it there will be two of each of them in these decks, but how do they become your commanders if you have your four color commander at the helm? I'm guessing there are cards that grant partner to other legends or something like that?
You don't have a Partner and the four color as your Commander, not quite sure what you're asking. And for Legendary Creatures with Partner there are two for each enemy color pairing and one for the ally color.

Nonono. The partner commanders are alternative options for commanders. When they're in the deck they're just any other card, but when building your own commander deck you can pick two of them instead of one commander. (Or you can swap two of them for the face commander of the deck and just play it as is.)
In play your commander will never change. Partner is about when you're building your own deck.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
That certainly is interesting, using any combo of the two to go four color. So it's building a 98 card deck which I think is odd but what the heck. I really wish they would take all the color restrictions away from the format. And obviously the planeswalkers as commanders would be fantastic.
Back to the four color commanders, the one we know for sure today looks ok, I agree with some peeps who say keyword garbage here but think of the options with these four colors! These keywords and what can be done is pretty cool, I'm already thinking If diff things you can do with a proliferate commander and its shaking out well.

well, technically you can't use ANY combination. You have to use the ally pair one, plus either of the enemy pair ones.
Of course once you bring in the other decks' commanders, you have a lot more options:
1 option for each enemy pair = 5
5 options for each shard = 25
8 options for each wedge = 40
7 options for each 4-color combination = 35
-------------
total of 105 combinations
Not sure if you were counting, but two enemies can create a 4-color too. For example Simic GU + Boros WR = non-black RGWU
I was.
each 4 color combination can be made either with two enemies, two allies, or one of each.
for instance, WUBR can be made with WU and BR = 1 combination WB(x2) and UR(x2) = 4 combinations WR(x2) and UB = 2 combinations
----------------
total of 7 combinations, which is exactly what I said.
I find that Saskia's face structure clearly marks her as a woman. Contrast to the guys in the background, she has less pronounced brow ridge and cheekbones. She just... has a woman's face.
OPEN HOSTILITY
Saskia the Unyielding thrives in brutal combat, calling upon vicious hordes to crush her adversary underfoot. Saskia's strikes always find their mark, cleaving through any foe that stands between her and the focus of her fury.

I'm sorry but Saskia seems a male to me. If we don't consider the bandages under the chest armor which may point out to a Mulan/ShakespeareInLove kind of context, which apparently would be more interesting than Saskia being male. Excluding this... Saskia seems male to me. Why you gave him a "her"?
Saskia is a 100% female name. But in 2016 you never know.

It is on Earth. Who knows on another plane of existence... However it's assured she is a female. The pronoun use on the official site makes it a no brainer. So I will fantasize on her personal backstory being Mulanish.
Why Mulanish? If she's Balduvian, she's from a group with plenty of female warriors, led by women like Lovisa Coldeyes. All the Balduvians care about is strength.

Not saying it is Mulanish. I'm just fantasizing, because of the bandage around her chest under the armor: it could be for a wound but could also be a way to hide her feminine sexual characteristics... I didn't even thought about where she could be from, nor if women could be warriors in her culture. I just noted what COULD be breast binding. That said I'm not accostumed to balduvians, if those tatoos are balduvians, then what a pity...
I think the bandages are easily explained as 'Medieval Culture didn't have sports bras'.

You know that does fit with Ink-Treader Nephilim
Did they put ones for the other 4?

Yeah. I'm on my phone so I'll VERY briefly summarize:
Not white: CHAOS/UNPREDICTABILITY. Casting cards at random off the top. Stuff like cascade or maybe Intet.
Not blue: AGGRO. Swing everyone out.dek
Not black: GROUP HUG. With a side of pillowfort.
Not red: GROWTH/COUNTERS. Building up counters on everything over time of various types. (The face card proliferates.)
Not green: ARTIFACTS. Basically what you'd expect.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
