What I wanna know is what the limited archetypes shake down into? UR energy is a thing I guess? is there a color pair that cares more about crewing vehicles? it seems kinda nebulous to me, but maybe we just need more cards
With all of the artifacts, it feels like there are some archetypes that aren't really bound to particular colors, but as far as the color pairs go...
WU focuses on enter-the-battlefield effects (blink, bounce), with the usual emphasis on flyers. RG is Energy aggro. WB is graveyard-matters, with a lot of recursion and a bit of reanimation. And...that's all of the easy ones. The Grixis colors seem to be a glut of various artifact-matters effects - not sure how much there is in the way of individual archetypes there. I'm thinking that GW and GB are the main Fabricate pairs, with the former skewing towards Servos and the latter toward +1/+1 counters. All of the Vehicles-matter cards up to this point have been Red, so I'm guessing the big Vehicle pair will be RW (since those are Depala's colors). And...I have no idea what the deal with GU is yet.

"The true measure of all heroes is not what they achieve, but who they inspire." —Triumph of Gerrard
ya I definitely cant tell yet what the UG theme is yet. but to be honest, WotC has had (I think) a lot of trouble lately with the UG pairing, trying to create archetypes for it that aren't just Simic. Emerge was a big hit, but UG clues was slow and janky, converge was flat out terrible save for one card, and it's most recent planeswalker doesn't fit into any kind of deck that I can see. it didn't even have a theme in origins either, maybe flash? but their wasn't enough cards with flash to create anything. maybe this set is like Oath where there is no discernible archetype and it's just green cards and blue cards in a deck together that just do what they always do.
WBG seems to be the main Fabricate colors, while GUR seems to be the main Energy colors. Vehicle support I'm guessing is primarily URW.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
