Wow, an almost better Infinite Obliteration (can't name artifact creatures like Obliteration can). (Speaking about Lost Legacy, which hasn't been posted here yet).
Ayli EDH is going to love Kambal. Nice Cranial Extraction varient on the other too.

The "Crazy One", playing casual magic and occasionally dipping his toes into regular play since 1994.
Currently focusing on Pre-Modern (Mono-Black Discard Control) and Modern (Azorious Control, Temur Rhinos).
Find me at the Wizard's Tower in Ottawa every second Saturday afternoons.
So, when Maro said this was his best design since Innistrad, what he really meant was Kaladesh is his most pushed design since Innistrad.

I like Kambal's simplicity. If I didn't already run a WB Commander deck with a dedicated direction, I'd probably build one for this guy because I do love reallocating life totals.
This certainly suggests a decent amount from a story standpoint, as that's clearly Kiran Nalaar in the picture, and it looks like Pia is alive in Aether Revolt.
We have artwork that appears to show Chandra leading the Aether Revolt.
Lost Legacy just exiles something nonland, nonartifact from everywhere, with a deteriorating photo of Kiran, and has the flavor text "That name shall not be spoken" from an authoritarian.
I think the most interesting thing about it is that Baral (the antagonist from Chandra's origin story) is apparently alive and well.
I believe Baral mentioned that something was done to him after the whole burning down Chandra's village and killing her father thing. I'm surprised that he is still in their government.
Interesting that you can hit yourself with Lost Legacy (I think...) and potentially draw up to four cards... for the cost of 3 mana and 4 cards there has to be some value there. Especially if you name a card in your deck that's particularly bad in that matchup.
EDIT: I misread that... doh. It's only draw for cards in hand.

Is that a typo on Lost Legacy on the last line, "from hand"? Shouldn't it be "from his or her hand"?
Yes and no, but I don't know how to properly explain why it isn't; you and I are in agreement that it sounds better for it to say 'from his or her hand', but I could swear that, here, 'from hand' is grammatically correct too... technically.

Pouncing Kavu, it is unfortunately the proper use of the English language, even if it looks weird. I had to take a couple read overs of the card after you said something, and the "from hand" wording is correct because the player (most likely your opponent) is already noted. While grammatically correct for this reason, I think Wizards may also be testing a decrease in extra wording in their designs. So, the "from his or her hand" may have been removed to save space on the text box, just like "create" implies "put this token onto the battlefield."
