Vintage ANT or other combo/storm playable? Doubt it, but at least it tries. If you're running the normal suite of 11-18x mox/lotus/crypt/ring, and a few of them can't generate extra mana by bouncing (black lotus, petal, and a few eat your hand like diamond & chrome), you still wouldn't get more than half of them out as you build gas, but if this did go off it might bounce 4-5, draw 4-5, add 4-5 more storm count as you replay them and more gas to go with. If it didn't cost 4 mana I'd call it less of a stretch, I'd see it having a hard time just paying back its cost, its no high tide
Good with ETB effects. I could maybe see it working in limited with Fabricate - that's a stretch though. Might do interesting things with Panharmonicon.
It might have interesting interactions with things like Elvish Visionary to get extra draws (I know it's rotating out - which is why I say 'things like') The Johnny in me giggles a little at this at some possibilities. The Spike in me thinks it's probably not gonna go very far.

Rose tint my world, keep me safe from my trouble and pain.
Anti Wrath in blue, some EDH players will like. Also can be a combo piece. Nice. In Limited it is a anti removal spell.
Wow - I never even thought about that. "Oh you're gonna wipe my board? I'll just put my stuff back into my hand and recast it later! AND draw a bunch of cards at the same time!"
Well, I thought this pictue goes to artifact destruction spell. Man I was wrong.
I thought the card was going to be on the actual teleport ring artifact. I wonder if we'll get one?
Wouldn't make sense for this art on artifact destruction. The teleport ring works fine for inorganic matter - just not for organic matter. That vase is just fine - but not the flowers!
Seems like a theoretically good vintage card. It's kinda like gush in that it's cheap in terms of net mana and can even generate mana. It's obviously worse in that it has a way bigger setup cost and is harder to pay for itself, but the payout is massive for bouncing moxen, sol rings, vaults, ect.
I'm not the person to jusge how playable this is in vintage, but it has that potential.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
Seems like a decent card in the Fabricate deck. Just always choose servos and you get some card advantage in exchange for tempo.
"non-token"
EDIT: I'm sorry - I misunderstood what you meant by 'choose servos'. Yes, I had reached a similar speculation above that it might work with fabricate - but only time will tell.

In the flavor text: Soo Kaladesh is becoming awhere of the multiverse... I wonder what wonders it will bring...
Yeah. In the story article Rashmi made a device that teleports stuff through the blind eternities. (But had no idea how it worked because that wasn't the intention)
She called in Saheeli for help who was like, "Hey waddup? You need someth- No. Nope. That ***** is the devil's work; burn it." Because she knew what was going on and figured messing with the eternities is a bad idea.
It seems Rashmi kept working on it anyway, despite Saheeli's really vague warnings. (Shocker...)

Well, the cardname certainly fits into Kaladesh - we already have an "Elvish Visionary" legendary creature after all. ^^

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

All roads lead to multiversal horrors beyond mortal comprehension. Magic is in permanent Lovecraft mode now.
Actually, I'm thinking that Kaladesh might become the plane that knows about Planeswalkers... Mom is still here, and I can't imagine Chandra NOT telling her. Guess we'll see where that goes. But with the teleporter and stuff, it seems pretty inevitable they'll figure SOMETHING out.
Oh snap. I just realized. This is a magepunk block. They've already got vehicles. They're going to make a spaceship. That means Space Pirates!
Just imagine in 5 years. Return to Kaladesh: Space Pirates.
Weatherlight 2.0 may just be a thing... I'm... not sure how I feel about that? It's kind of strange that the Ship idea was abandoned like 15 years ago, and yet it's very very possible that we could see them again some time in the next few years.

The only thing that makes me really sad is that we're losing Elvish Visionary and that little guy was one of my favs.

That's reasonable, but it's a massive tempo loss.

but I'm betting I will still find *many* uses for this card.

Which is why you choose Servo. You have a creature for when you bounce back your fabricate dudes.
