Hmm, interesting. Not entirely impressed, creating a 1/1 flying thopter for 4 seems like too much investment. Still, could find a home in my Esper Thopters deck.

Ah, but it doesn't tap to produce them, and you can do it whenever, so it is a decent mana sink in the late game. And throw in Heartstone in Commander, and it is basically a better Mobilization as the tokens get +1/+1.

His second ability makes servo tokens, not thopters
Oh man, that's even worse! What good is a Thopter Lord that can't make thopters or support them outside a +1/+1 bonus?
Grade; Fail.
Wait until we see the other cards of the block before you deem it a fail. Remember, most lords do not make tokens, and the few that do, are really, really, good because they do.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
But the servos are 2/2, they can not only chumpblock but actually kill stuff at that power, that is something...I see this card having a similar spot as Mastery of Unseen had in Fate Reforged limited.
Plus is a new and cool Dwarf for Depala EDH?
We'll have to wait and see how the rest of the set plays out. I may have judged Santa Claus too harshly, but I'm not impressed either. I can already give my Thopters +1/+1 by other means than a lone creature.
I actually happy for this. If we get a few more good utility Dwarves, Depala, Pilot Exemplar can be a decent EDH deck. Currently we have Dwarven Recruiter, Dwarven Miner, Dwarven Blastminer, Duergar Hedge-Mage, and maybe Pardic Miner. I keep thinking that the dwarves don't need to be good attackers, but rather strong utility creatures for the deck. Everything that I've seen so far indicates that Wizards is trying to push Dwarves into a more utility based slot rather than strong fast creatures.

Not sure why people are upset with this one, it looks pretty powerful. 3 mana for a 3/2 with an upside already isn't terrible. The fact that it's a double lord is really awesome. But the ability to start pumping out 2/2 chump blockers/attackers for only 4, at instant speed, without even having to tap the lord himself, is what pushes it over the edge IMO.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

I legit can't tell if this is a joke or not - it probably is, those cards are hilariously bad. But I mean, what's the punchline? That dwarves are bad?
Well, since it is dwarven tribal, Dwarven Lieutenant is good. Dwarven Weaponsmith is good with anything that either recurs artifacts or creates artifact tokens, as it can be used to grow your creatures in size, and whipkeeper is actually fairly good at finishing off damaged creatures.

Name (estimate): Trinket Mastercraft The crunch puts it before P so we're going with Master Trinketcrafter
Creature - Dwarf Artificer 2W
Servo and thopter creatures you control get +1/+1.
3W: Create a 1/1 colorless Servo artifact creature token.
3/2
I was confused but Servo are the new creature type that also show up from the fabricate mechanic e.g. propeller pioneer
looks like fabricate then 3W: maybe remove counter or number of counters get 1/1 scrvos.
3W: Create a 1/1 colorless Servo.
Thopter and Servo Lord even!
This is going to create a new archetype in casual. Thopters and Servos out the wazoo...

More decent dwarves to add to that list:
Dwarven Lieutenant
Dwarven Weaponsmith (works great with cards that produce artifact tokens)
Whipkeeper
